This mural was the brainchild of @ferranddesign from concept to finish. It began with a wallpaper as the spark of inspiration, and @fauresrathbone stepped in to put her own spin on it. The result: a fun, dreamlike forest scene that brings depth and character to this second-floor bedroom. by @bofinger_design

This room has a quiet calm, with its muted green walls, soft natural light, and warm, earthy textures. Every element feels intentional and unhurried, creating a space that invites rest and gentle reflection. by @bofinger_design

Creating a sense of authenticity — a house that feels like it has stories to tell. by @bofinger_design

You can spend months selecting, deselecting, then reselecting… but the real magic happens when all those scribbles and half-formed ideas start clicking into place. Still a work in progress, but the vision’s finally taking shape. by @bofinger_design

First on the list for this client’s home: removing the old built-in and designing custom banquette seating to transform this space into a functional and cozy dining area. They weren’t totally on board with the blue paint at first, but I’m so glad I was able to talk them into it—it completely makes the space! We tied it all together with fresh paint in the kitchen, and now the heart of their home feels warm, inviting, and uniquely theirs. Swipe-> for before #statestreetrenovation by @bofinger_design

Working with my clients we took a stark, all-white room and transformed it into a cozy family room by blending layers of old and new. Vintage furniture adds character and warmth, while contemporary accents introduce fresh, inviting energy. The result is a comfortable, stylish retreat where every place tells a story. In two months my clients bought a house, basically sight unseen, then moved here from California, then they went and had a baby! First order of business was to soften the white walls and add some life and character. After some inspiration sessions with my clients, we went for a moody vibe with jewel tones in the furniture—swipe for the before, so excited to share more pics from this project!

Right on the edge of Storyville, this historic renovation has seen many lives. Part of honoring this building’s past is by transforming it without stripping away too much of it’s yesteryear history while ensuring that it’ll be able to provide many more stories in its future. #bofingerdesign #ferranddesign by @bofinger_design

Transforming a home is all about storytelling, and incorporating old materials can weave rich narratives into your space. These stunning pocket doors, salvaged from a historic cigar factory in Louisville, bring a unique charm and history to our renovation. Thanks to @thebankantiques72 , we’ve not only restored these beauties but also honored their legacy, giving them a vibrant new life in this house by @bofinger_design

Drove to Baton Rouge for a millwork meeting. Couldn’t help take some pictures of the new cased openings and windows. Things are starting to shape up over here! by @bofinger_design

Creating a cozy solarium that sits amongst the live oaks on this beautiful property. Complete with a baby grand piano, I see this room as the main place to entertain guests while overlooking the avenue. #bofingerdesign #ferranddesign by @bofinger_design
