Best friends @nemobeatz and @joe.barbiero came together to create @bomba.nyc, a Caribbean-Italian supper club. It’s one you don’t want to miss!

There are 4 courses, along with wine or mocktail pairings by @the_beverage_nerd! She took such good care of us 🥹 the mocktails were SO delicious

Now onto the food. My favorites were the shrimp & grits and the curry goat rigatoni. Each dish was a perfect blend of Caribbean and Italian cuisines! It was such a special meal 😊

If you want to share a meal with new friends, indulge in exceptional wine pairings (or mocktails), and experience beautifully executed dishes, Bomba is the experience for you.

Curry Goat Rigatoni? They had us at THAT.

We had to pull up to @bomba.nyc, a NYC supper club blending Caribbean flavor with Italian roots in a way that just makes sense once you taste it.

We caught their Brooklyn stop in Flatbush for a 4-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with wine or mocktails by a seasoned sommelier. From watching each dish come to life, to hearing the stories behind them, to somehow chatting with strangers like old friends… the whole night just flowed.

And yes, you can absolutely go solo and still have a time.
The experience is led by two best friends, inspired by the colorful characters of their childhoods and they really cooked with this one.
