Okay! Student showcase INCOMING 😍

I highly highly recommend people set this as a goal ..you don't need to commit to a whole 3 minutes + routine but even getting up and doing 1-2 minutes is an amazing goal to work towards . There are almost 10 weeks between now and then which is LOADS of time. Think about how much choreo you often achieve in a one hour class so people are well capable. Do it alone, do it with a friend , all welcome , and it will be possible for friends and family to come watch if you want . But mostly it will be a room of other dancers who know the work and love we all put into this. It's always a fun and supportive day .

Everyone is welcome, both students and friends of bombshells 💖

You don't need to create alone
@bombshellghuleh will be doing the showcase privates at €25 each and I'll post other instructors rates on stories when I have them. Link available NOW! by @bombshells_pole

So, this was crazy 👀

We only went and WON wellness body and mind fitness centre of the year , at the @midlands103 awards 🥹❤️

I'm still in a shock tbh , I really believed we could do it but I wasn't prepared at all for our name to be called 😅 being open only 2 years, and being on the shortlist was already so amazing, so to win , I'm just finding it hard to find the right way to articulate how I'm feeling 😶‍🌫️

What I can say is thank you to absolutely everyone who made this possible. If it was just me , we wouldn't be here! I'm not only surrounded by a wonderful team but by countless incredibly supportive customers who I am grateful for every day 💕

My three instructors - Cosmic, Marcia and Ginevra ( and of course Guillermo too), thank you !!! You add to the wonderful space every time you teach 💖💖

If you haven't been to our studio, I don't know if you can truly understand the sense of community we have. I always wanted a space like this, a space without competition where people support each other and are genuinely happy to see each other win . When I hear how the studio brought someone confidence , brought them lifelong friends , made them feel strong and so much more....I can't help but feel so much joy that I had any kind of part in that.

I have a lot of feelings , mostly gratitude - thank you my beautiful Bombshells for your support ❤️ by @bombshells_pole

"Vixens of Eire"
In collaboration with @culturenight , @offalyartsoffice and @eskerarts

Vixens of Éire is a varied live performance blending aerial arts, pole performance,
Burlesque, and storytelling to reimagine Irish folklore through a contemporary lens. The work focuses on powerful and feminine mythological beings such as banshees, Faes, and the Dearg Due.

A live storyteller guides the audience through a series of myths, sharing the origins and cultural significance of each figure. Following each story, performers bring these beings to life through expressive movement, aerial choreography, and also some visual aids. The result is an immersive experience that links traditional storytelling with modern performance, and gives the audience a new way to enjoy and learn about Irish Folklore

Come see the show for FREE this culture night in Esker Arts , ticket booking is essential and already approx 50% have gone . Friday the 18th at 8:30 to 9:30pm

Pictured is an example of some of the performers you might see on the night but we will be announcing the official cast for THIS show ( stay tuned for more👀) in the coming days .

See you on culture night ✨ by @bombshells_pole
