Barbara crushing the Pumpkin Challenge 🎃

She shares…I was challenged to carry the weight I have lost in pumpkins🎃.

I got to 31 pounds and I had a VERY hard time carrying them around 😱. To think I’ve lost this amount in pumpkins is crazy🎃

No wonder I was tired 😴, that my workouts sucked👎 and I was miserable😖!

But I’ve changed more than just my outside. I’m a completely different person on the inside.

I’m more confident, I’m happier, and I’m living life to the fullest with nothing weighing me down (literally 35# of pumpkins) 🙌🏼 by @bonniebfutrell

Come on friends. This one matters!! by @bonniebfutrell

We wonder why eating “fake food” has created a health crisis treated by “fake cures”. We have got to stop faking it through life and wondering why our medical bills are through the roof!😫

My friend Stacy said yes to Isagenix year’s ago on her journey to become her best self. Over 125 pounds gone forever. She is a new person with the vision to live an extraordinary life focused on being her best self. No more dieting…just healthy living! by @bonniebfutrell

People are always waiting for the perfect time.

➖Next Monday
➖Next month
➖After my birthday
➖When the kids finish school
➖After the holidays etc ...

Is this you?... seriously....isn’t there always a ‘happening’ in life. Starting and stopping is called A DIET.

This is a lifestyle change and although we work with people to create the best plan for them - it's not something that should be uncomfortable, disrupt your life, or cause you misery.

A lifestyle change can happen right now, doesn't have to wait for a Monday or even tomorrow, it all starts with your mindset. TODAY!
