![My #wordoftheyear is…
STILL•NESS
[stil-nis]
noun
1. silence; quiet; hush
2. the absence of motion
«Stillness allows us time and space to self-reflect and hear our thoughts. It quiets the mind, bringing calm, perspective, and inner balance.»
