A clean exterior install often comes down to the details.

These columns stepped in and out, so we fabricated custom notched posts to create a flat mounting surface for the zip screens while keeping everything clean and intentional.

The end result feels integrated into the architecture, rather than added on afterwards.

Custom exterior shading, designed around the home.

Window treatments shouldn’t be the last decision on a custom build.

We’re regularly brought into projects after electrical has been run, recessed pockets have been built and windows have been installed, only to discover that the planned window treatment can’t work the way everyone expected.

The issue isn’t that the builder, architect or designer did something “wrong.” Window treatments are a specialized trade, and small technical details can completely change the requirements.

Our best projects are the ones where we’re brought in during planning. We can coordinate with the design and construction teams early, identify potential conflicts and make sure the infrastructure is appropriate for the treatments actually being installed.

During planning is ideal. Framing should be the latest.

If you’re building or designing a custom home in the GTA, bring your window treatment specialist into the conversation early.

Details like this don’t happen at the end of a project.

@blndspace systems allow roller shades and drapery tracks to disappear completely into the architecture, leaving nothing but a clean ceiling line when the treatments are open.

The important part? These systems need to be coordinated early, while framing, ceiling details and electrical are still being planned.

We work with architects, designers and builders to specify and coordinate concealed window treatments before construction reaches the point where the opportunity is lost.

If you’re designing or building a custom home, bring us in early.

Most window-covering companies only tell you the benefits.

The truth is, every option has limitations too.

Zebra shades can make a strong modern statement, but may feel busy across too many windows. Drapery can completely transform a room, but only when the proportions and stack space are planned properly. Cellular shades may be less decorative, but they can be the smartest option when insulation is the priority.

There is no “best” window covering, only the right solution for the space.

A look inside this incredible loft at Gotham Vintage Lofts.

The team at @rosegoldhomes transformed the space with a perfect balance of character, texture, and modern design, creating a Loft that feels both timeless and unique.

To complement the space, we installed custom ripplefold drapery that adds softness, privacy, and warmth without taking away from the architecture and design details that make this loft so special.

Projects like this are a reminder that the best window treatments don’t steal the attention, they complete the room.

Luxury isn’t measured in square feet.

It’s measured in the details.

From the custom Roman shades to the ripplefold drapery, every element was selected to make this townhome feel elevated, intentional, and uniquely theirs.

People think custom drapery is just “pick a fabric.”

It’s actually a very emotional process. by @boost.blinds

Most people don’t realize how much drapery placement impacts a space.

Too low. Too narrow. Stacking in front of the glass.
Small mistakes that completely change the way a room feels.

Done right, it opens up the space, brings in more light, and makes everything feel intentional.

If you’re thinking about drapery, do it properly the first time.
