HAPPY CHRISTMAS &HAPPY NEW YEAR by @bootcampspain

Winston lost 40 kg over roughly 18 months. He started with us at BootCamp Spain, then carried on with BCS Online once he got home.

You’ll see him at the start, five weeks in, around four months in, and at the end of his journey. My favourite part is seeing what he did after camp, when he had to fit training into everyday life again.

Winston, you put the work in. You earned every bit of this. 👊 by @bootcampspain

Protein gets all the attention. Fibre barely gets a mention.
And that’s a mistake.
Before buying another supplement, look at your everyday meals.
Are vegetables, fruit, beans and whole grains making a regular appearance?
As I say in the video: protein helps build the house. Fibre keeps the plumbing working. 😂

It's Monday morning. You've had a bad weekend. It's time to reflect: too much drink, too much food. Now is the day that you rectify it. Go for a walk, eat something healthy, drink loads of water, and tomorrow you will thank yourself. by @bootcampspain

DON’T WAIT FOR JANUARY

You don’t need another few months of saying, “I’ll start after Christmas.”

Begin this autumn and arrive at Christmas already feeling fitter, stronger and back in control.

Your reset can start now.

The last hike of camp with Chris and Liz combing the 15K hike along with the 10 sets of steps. All the campers had absolutely fantastic results.
They were super pleased with what they achieved.

If you're thinking about coming to camp,
The December camp has got spaces available.
Don't leave it too long.
Get yourself fit and healthy before Christmas.
Get healthy walking into Christmas Day instead of having a hangover.

Look out for the Bootcamp Spain Christmas raffle that we hold every year for a free bootcamp (won last last year, by Naomi, who took her camp a couple of months ago).
Stay tuned for the updates
