From the first look to the final walk, our models and performers brought Border Runway 2026 to life.

This was fashion with purpose — a celebration of creativity, individuality, and the people who continue to make our Borderland community unforgettable. Every look, every walk, and every performance helped us create a night that was about more than fashion. It was about showing up, standing together, and supporting the mission of Border AIDS Partnership.

To our models, designers, and drag performers: thank you for bringing the vision to the runway.

And to everyone who watched, cheered, and showed up — this runway was yours, too.

Border Runway 2026 was one for the books.

The Border Runway (formerly the Red Gala Fashion Show) returns at 6:00 PM (doors open; show starts at 7:00 PM) on Thursday, September 24, 2026, in the El Paso Foundation Room at 333 N. Oregon Street.

Presented in collaboration with Aaron Torres, Border Runway showcases an extraordinary night of style, community, and entertainment. This year’s runway will feature bold collections from local designers Sleep Never | @sleep_never, Cosmic Fiber | @cosmicfiber, Khaotica | @khaotica36, and Wasted Talent | @wastedtalent4444 with music provided by DJ Rodriga Rockmore | @rodrigarockmore and drag performances by Fish The Clown | @fish_the_clown, Circe | @circethevvitch , and Benny Lee Q | @benny.lee.q

Born from the foundations of numerous sketchbooks, the Style Savvy games, and a love of the fiber arts, Cosmic Fiber | @cosmicfiber is an amalgamation of my creative energy and interests. I have been knitting for more than 11 years, crocheting for over 3 years and grew up next to my mom and her trusty sewing machine. I specialize in knit, crochet, and textile accessories, clothing, and other handmade goods. I’ve had the honor of showcasing my work in galleries, fashion shows, and hosting workshops to share my knowledge of fiber art in its many forms. I am honored to showcase and practice my life-long passion for the arts.
