Borealis travels north for fall flavors , and connections new and old 🍁 Highlight was meeting Michael and Carrie who operate @wildcountrymapleproducts deep in the north woods. We are so excited to use their high quality syrups in our brews and look forward to getting some fresh bourbon barrels from Kentucky from them 🤘 Now, back to work. Destiny Is All.. 🗡️ We are proud to present the Brewer’s Reserve: Raven’s Bounty Package, our ‘biggest brews ever’ consecutively, from the heart of Borealis Brewing Company, crafted with intention and aged to perfection. Included in this exclusive release: 1 x Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout — matured in Rye Whiskey barrels, offering a bold, spiced complexity. 1 x Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout — refined in French Oak, delivering a smooth, elegant character. 1 x Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout — aged in Scotch, imparting a deep, smoky richness. 2 x Borealis Branded Tulip Glasses — designed to enhance aroma and flavor with every pour. 2 x Borealis Coasters — a subtle touch of craftsmanship for your home or tasting space. While we humbly acknowledge a minor spelling error—“variant” —the quality of the beer remains nothing short of exceptional. Raven’s Bounty is more than a collection; it is a testament to patience, precision, and the pursuit of craft excellence.. #smallbusiness #microbrew #brewmn #mnbeer #mnbeercommunity #mn #saintpaul # by @borealisbrewingco_

Last Saturday, I visited our Lino Lakes space, Our pull barn hobby brewery is taking shape. The lake views are gorgeous, and being surrounded by nature is amazing. If you've been to Hammerheart Brewing in the past , driven up Lexington , well you know the area. We've got, ✅ heat, ✅AC, ✅electric standard and commercial , ✅water, and ✅drainage, lots to move in and set up, but I'll share more photos/info soon. Again, This is a hobby space, so no taproom, yet. but we'll have brews to share and tap systems for draft pours (NOT FOR SALE) an incredible place to enjoy fellowship. And yes, metal music, lots of it. Feel free to donate if you'd like! Figuring that out.. Thanks too the brewing community's love and support and our clan members who have journeyed with us since the beginning and beyond 🤘🖤 More updates will come throughout the year , Destiny is all.. ⚔️ by @borealisbrewingco_
