🪺OSTARA — The Awakening of the Earth🌿

Between March 20th and 23rd, with the arrival of the spring equinox, we celebrate Ostara — the moment when light and darkness are in perfect balance, and life begins to bloom once again. It is a gateway of renewal, fertility, and new beginnings.

During these days, we honor the rebirth of nature: green sprouts, blooming flowers, the songs of birds… It is a time to plant seeds, both in the earth and within ourselves 🌱

🔥 How is Ostara celebrated?
— Decorating eggs, symbols of life and fertility
— Lighting candles or small fires to welcome the sun
— Walking in nature, connecting with its awakening
— Planting seeds, physical or symbolic
— Creating rituals of balance and personal renewal

From this moment on, daylight begins to overcome the night, and the Wheel of the Year continues turning toward the light 🌞

This sabbat reminds us that everything begins again… that there is always a chance to be reborn.

Este pasado 31 de Octubre al fin vio la luz en Youtube "My Devils Dance For Me", el nuevo single y videoclip de @ritual_duir en colaboración con mi colla/familia de @musicsdiablesdelprat y @dinosmusicsdiablesdelprat (¡Seguirlos en las redes!)

Ha sido una experiencia preciosa para mi y un recuerdo que me llevo para siempre. ¡Una mezcla de tradiciones muy interesante!

¡Pues este año me ha tocado hacer de Trencasons en las fiestas de mi pueblo, el Prat de Llobregat! ❤️
Un verdadero honor colgarme ese bombo con tanta historia que nos llegó desde Calanda hace 25 años y ha pasado por tantas manos cada año de esta pedazo de familia como es @musicsdiablesdelprat
¡Mi sangre también ha quedado en ese parche, como marca la tradición!

Este va a ser un perfil de Instagram dedicado única y exclusivamente a la percusión.

Así que os invito a que os compréis unas baquetas o mazas, toquéis en timbales, en sillas o lo que encontréis a mano. A la que llevéis unos días tocando y cuando solo os queden unas pocas astillas de madera y sangre en las manos... Haced una hoguera para escuchar el sonido del fuego crujir de ellas.
