Stretch & Flow is back! 🌿🌈

This time we’re joining forces with @queermunitylb for a BIPOC queer afternoon of movement, connection & community.

Hazel will guide us through a grounding, strengthening yoga flow, followed by Peta’s deep stretch to release tension and settle into the body.

Then we’ll slow all the way down with a sound bowl healing experience with Dannie @daisy_soulchild ✨

No experience needed or pressure to keep up. Rest whenever you want.

This is a BIPOC queer space rooted in community, connection, and being able to show up as your full self. 🌈

📍 Marine Stadium Park - Long Beach
📅 Sunday, October 18
⏰ 2–4 PM
🎒Bring a mat or blanket + water.
🎟️RSVP - Partiful link in bio. 🧡🤎

🤔 What does it truly look like to let yourself evolve?

Not forcing a new version of you or abandoning who you’ve been…

🫂 But honoring the version of you that got you here and giving yourself permission to align with your Embodied Self.

For me, that becoming has required more than mindset.

✨ It’s been ritual.
✨ It’s been slowing down.
✨ It’s been creating structure.
✨ It’s been learning to love myself in new ways.
✨ It’s been coming back into my body and listening.

👉🏽This is the work I teach through the Self-Evolution Journey: creating rituals, practices, and foundations that support you in Embodying not just thinking differently.

If you’re feeling that call too…

Comment EVOLVE. 🌻

Out of 8 billion people in this world, somehow, we found our way to each other. 💝

In the same city, living minutes away from one another, and somehow crossing paths on a meditation app. Shoutout to @insighttimer for playing a part in our story. 🙌🏽🧘🏽‍♂️

My relationship with you is better than anything I could have ever dreamed of. God really did His BIG one when He brought you into my life. 🙏🏽🥹

I look at you every day and think, “Wow, I really get to do life with you.” 🥰

The beautiful thing is, I wasn’t even looking to date anyone when you showed up. I wasn’t searching for love, yet somehow, the biggest surprise of all was discovering that you had been my person all along.

One year later, and I still find myself in awe of us, and of you. Of the love we share, the life we’re building, the ways we continue to grow together, and the feeling of being able to show up as my fullest self while loving you as you are.

And if there’s one thing this love has taught me, it’s that sometimes the word love doesn’t feel big enough to hold everything your heart knows to be true.

This poem, “Beyond the Measure of Love” by Soulu, captures a piece of what I feel for you in a way I could never quite put into words myself. 😘

Because loving you isn’t about finding the missing piece. It’s about being whole and still discovering new depths of love, joy, tenderness, and possibility together.

Happy ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY to us, my love. 🥂❤️

Thank you for being the beautiful, unexpected, divine plot twist I never knew I needed. Thank you for choosing me, for growing with me, and for reminding me that some of life’s greatest blessings arrive when we aren’t even looking for them. ✨

If I get to keep choosing you, loving you, learning you, and doing this life with you, then babe, what a beautiful life it will be. 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽♾️

I love you beyond the measure of love. ❤️‍🔥

“Some people spend their lives searching for love. I found a woman who made me question whether love was ever a big enough word.”

— Soulu, Beyond the Measure of Love

Thank you for continuing to choose me. I love you Hazel 🧡 by @br3ath3_joy

To the woman who does it all but struggles to make time for herself… 🤎🌻

You deserve to feel as good as you make everyone else feel.

Your wellness matters. Your joy matters. YOU matter.

I’m inviting you on a 3-month Self-Evolution Journey to reconnect with yourself, build rituals that support you, and embody the woman you’re becoming.

A sacred container for women of color and queer women ready to choose themselves, too.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. ✨

There is something so liberating about moving your body without worrying about how it looks.

I move to remember that my body is not something to control 👉🏽 it’s something to listen to.

And that’s what I want to create for others through my work.

Not another space where you have to perform, perfect yourself, or become someone else.

A space to slow down. Breathe. Move. Feel. Release. And reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.

Because self-evolution isn’t just about becoming a new version of yourself.

It’s about embodying her. 🌻

Ready to embody your confident, fierce, divine self?
