Brawlers Boxing is Back! After being forced to close during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Brawlers Boxing came close to shutting down for good. But Alhamdulillah, after almost five years, we are proud to say we’re back—stronger and more determined than ever! Founded in the spirit of the 2012 Olympics, Brawlers Boxing was built to inspire, empower, and uplift the next generation. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of children and young people, making a real impact in their lives. Our work continues to speak for itself. We’ve been honoured to receive awards such as the Tower Hamlets Community Safety Award and the English Asian Business Award, and now we’re ready to pick up where we left off. 🥊 Celebrating 13 Years of Brawlers Boxing! 🥊 Last Saturday, we celebrated the 13-year anniversary of Brawlers Boxing, since our inception in 2013. Brawlers Boxing was established to carry forward the legacy of the 2012 Olympic vision, while tackling youth delinquency, empowering young people through sport, and creating positive opportunities within our communities. Over the years, we have worked across many community centres throughout Tower Hamlets, welcoming hundreds of children and young people through our doors. For many, Brawlers Boxing was their first introduction to martial arts and combat sports. Some have gone on to compete at local, national and even professional levels. One of the things we are most proud of is that all of our coaches today were once students themselves. They have come full circle. Learning, growing, developing and now giving back to the very community that supported them. Alhamdulillah, many of our former students have gone on to become qualified teachers (QTS), youth workers and community leaders, continuing to serve and inspire the next generation. We are proud to remain a household name in Tower Hamlets, and our legacy continues to grow through every young person we support. A massive thank you to our incredible coaches, students and parents for being part of the Brawlers family. And a special thank you to Osmani Community Centre for your continued support and partnership. Here’s to the next chapter. 🥊❤️ Brawlers Boxing — Building Champions, Empowering Communities. 🥊 Celebrating 13 Years of Brawlers Boxing! 🥊 As we celebrate 13 incredible years of Brawlers Boxing, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing team, students, parents, and everyone who has supported us throughout the years. Brawlers Boxing began after the end of the 2012 Olympics, with a vision to inspire more people to take up sport, stay active, build confidence, and lead a healthier lifestyle. At the same time, we wanted to make a positive difference in our local community by helping to tackle antisocial behaviour and the impact of drug misuse, while giving young people a safe, positive environment where they could develop, build friendships and focus their energy on something constructive. Over the past 13 years, we have grown together, created lasting memories, and watched so many students develop both inside and outside the gym. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of the Brawlers Boxing journey. ❤️ We will continue to work hard, inspire our community, support our young people and do what we love. 🥊 13 Years of BB. Here's to many more! 🥊 #TeamBrawlers by @brawlersboxing

Do you want to improve your punching power? 🥊 It’s not about forcing punches, that actually slows you down and reduces quality. Real power comes from speed + weight Transfer / Distribution. A simple drill I use when teaching children : Toes → Hips → Shoulders → Fist Everything flows in sequence. When your body moves as one, your punch becomes faster, sharper, and more powerful. For adults, remember it as: THSF – “Tower Hamlets Striking Fist” Add this to your game and level up 💥 by @brawlersboxing
