One thing I understand. The ability to stay present with your children and be with them all day long is directly proportional to the ability you possess at this point in time to be with your own self and do the work.
Motherhood is yoga, The practice, The meditation.. you can either run towards conscious growth or run away from it in a million ways.
Our children are our greatest teachers 🙏🏼♥️

Before and after results for a little 4-year-old young lady who was struggling to hear because she was full of mucus. After two weeks on her constitutional remedy alongside the miasmatic remedy, her hearing improved dramatically and she almost fully recovered. #homeopathy #earproblems #audiometria #kidshealth #health by @breathe___darling

Let’s normalise #wholefood in the #lunchbox 🙌🏼🫶🏽
The most common one that i get is - “i don’t have time “

But you make time. For example, I wake at 4:20 am so I have time to get ready with my morning routine before Pilates. Before leaving the house, I quickly made a paste with ghee, Celtic salt, Italian herbs and paprika, and put it under the skin and on top of a few organic chicken drumsticks, then put them in the oven with a timer. When I got back they were ready, so I focused on breakfast, cutting some fruit to add to the lunchbox and sauerkraut. It literally took me only a few minutes.
Second one is: “I wish my kids ate that.” Don’t wish — make it happen. You are the parent and you decide what food you serve. Usually we all eat the same things: 3 big meals and no snacking, so they are hungry for the proper meal, and we have the rule “protein first” and we stick to it. We talk about food being fuel and medicine, and why we pay attention to eating real whole foods so we can be strong and healthy. Now more than ever, with all the toxins, indoor life, screens etc. in these modern days, kids need to have a nutrient-dense diet. 🙌🏼🫶🏽 by @breathe___darling
