Mucho amor by @breatheandrestore

Reminder to pause. Resourcing. Two days off after two months of holding space for others, non stop. #samhain#allsoulsday#thinveil#theelements#water#fire# earth #honoringancestors#shanti#peace#diadelosmuertos#diadetodoslossantos by @breatheandrestore

I continue feeling…very deep

The moon has darkened today as it moved into another’s body shadow.
Sun, Earth and Moon aligned. All is part of a continuum, part of the same.
The fog makes it difficult to see.
There is always something else behind the veil.
Everything is interwoven, intertwined, connected.
Any body is the shadow of another.
We are ONE

Somos UNO

Bla bla bla
I am longing for SILENCE.
I believe words are often overrated.
Bla bla bla
PRESENCE is raw and wordless.
I am longing for PRESENCE.
We only have now, remember.

Bla bla bla
Anhelo SILENCIO.
Creo que las palabras están, a menudo, sobrevaloradas.
Bla bla bla.
La PRESENCIA es cruda y sin palabras.
Anhelo PRESENCIA.
Sólo tenemos ahora, recuerda.

I have already been two weeks in this container of light, witnessing so much transformation.
I feel honored, blessed and grateful to be here.
Grateful and honored for each and every person I have crossed paths with.
✨I feel the magic within each leaf, flower, petal, plant, tree, bird, insect, each being, the sky, storm, the mountains, the waters, this land, the invisible.

Much love ❤️✨

Your body talks. Are you listening?

How do you stay connected to your pulsion, your pulsions?
How do you stay connected to everything that you are? everything there is?

My mind has been scattered almost the whole summer. Coming back to Europe, moving around, and all the shifting frequencies have been quite challenging and un-rooting.
Grounding, being closed to the ground, to the waters and trees support me to come back to my center. Focusing on my breath helps me anchoring.
It is an ongoing process, one step at a time. Keep moving.
Pausing wherever and whenever I need to. Listening.

Best things in life happen spontaneously, unplanned and in a non curated way.
I bow to life, to friendship and to love.

Two weeks ago I was in this splendid venue that once was the house of painter “Il”Guercino in Bologna.
A unicorn and a phoenix in a painting over our heads co-creating. Only in Italy...

Receiving and giving Reiju´s or spiritual blessings, being, feeling, practicing mantra, meditation, laughing, eating cookies, chocolate (and way too much gluten (sottovoce)), exploring, discovering, and meeting amazing new beings among these walls, and beyond, melts my heart.
REIKI.
These teachings require much integration, time, and practice. I am going through major transitions these days, in this moment. Continue practicing.

Feeling so grateful to Frans (@stienefrans), Cristina, Callie, Tran (Emily), Julie, Maryanne and Gian Giacomo for your presence, openness, support and connection. So much love.
