For decades, I thought something was wrong with me.

I was anxious, stuck, and numb.
I struggled with stress, my thoughts, and unhealthy relationships.
I didn’t enjoy life & I wasn’t present.

I lived in competition, jealousy, and constantly searched for something to make me feel different.

Drugs. Alcohol. Steroids. Anything that could take me out of the present moment.

I couldn't understand why I was living this way.

Until I started learning about the nervous system.

I realized that so much of what I was experiencing was connected to how my nervous system responded to stress. A trauma response.

I was constantly stuck in survival patterns, swinging between fight or flight and shutdown.

I wasn't broken. I just didn't understand what was happening inside my body.

Learning how to work with my nervous system changed the way I understand myself, my emotions, my relationships, and my life.

And one of the most powerful tools I discovered was my breath.

Today, I use these tools to help hundreds of people understand their nervous system, navigate stress/anxiety , and reconnect with a sense of safety within themselves.

Through 1:1 coaching online, in-person sessions, and my online community, I share practical tools to help people work with their nervous system rather than constantly fight against themselves.

Because you don't have to spend your life running away from what you feel.

You can learn to be present with yourself again. ❤️

If you want to start learning how to regulate your nervous system, I invite you to join my community.

Inside, we explore breathwork, nervous system regulation, and practical tools you can use in everyday life to navigate stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.

You can try it FREE for 7 days.

FEAR OF LOSING CONTROL.

Are you afraid of having a panic attack?
Making a mistake?
Not being able to complete a task correctly?
Losing control of your emotions?
Fainting or embarrassing yourself in public?
Not knowing what’s going to happen next?
Losing control of your own thoughts?

I know this feeling. I used to experience panic attacks and constantly tried to control everything around me.

But here’s what I eventually realised:

The more you try to control everything, the more freedom you lose.

You stop living in the present moment because your mind is constantly preparing for something that might go wrong.

You become trapped in your thoughts, disconnected from your body and afraid of sensations that you don’t understand.

I was there too.

Things started changing when I learned how to observe these sensations instead of fighting them, understand my nervous system and work with my breath.

You don’t need to control everything to feel safe.

You need to learn how to respond differently.

I’m starting a FREE ANXIETY CHALLENGE to help you understand your anxiety and start retraining your nervous system.

Do you remember when you actually enjoyed the little things in life?

When you could laugh, feel excited, enjoy the moment and appreciate the smallest miracles?

Anxiety can make you feel disconnected, numb and unable to enjoy life.

Sometimes, your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight. Other times, it shifts into shutdown.

And when this continues for a long time, you can start losing connection with yourself and the things you used to love.

BUT YOU CAN CHANGE THIS.

Start reconnecting with your body.

Feel your feet on the ground. Notice your breathing. Spend time in nature. Try cold water.

Cold-water exposure can stimulate the vagus nerve and activate your body’s responses, helping you reconnect with physical sensations and the present moment.

You don’t have to spend your life worrying about tomorrow or replaying yesterday.

You can learn to feel safe in your body again, become present and start enjoying life.

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to enjoy life so much more?

I’m starting an ANXIETY CHALLENGE inside my growing community to help you understand your nervous system, work with your anxiety and gain control back.

Comment **CHALLENGE** and I’ll send you the information.

For a long time, I abused substances.

I never really knew where the limit was.
And honestly, I liked losing control. It was part of my personality.

Then, after one medicine journey, a medicine woman told me something that completely changed the way I looked at altered states:

“You don’t always need to take the medicine. You’ve already taken the medicine into you. Now you need to learn how to access it.”

That stayed with me.

Because the more I explored breathwork, the more I realized that the breath can be a gateway into altered states of consciousness.

You don’t always need something outside of you to change your state.

Sometimes, you just need to learn how to use what you already have.

Alter your state naturally.
Master your breath.
Master your nervous system.

⚠️ CONTRAINDICATIONS & SAFETY

This is active, conscious-connected breathwork and can cause dizziness, tingling, strong emotional/physical sensations and, in some cases, loss of consciousness.

Do NOT practice if you have: heart/cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy/seizures, pregnancy, recent stroke or serious surgery, aneurysm, glaucoma/retinal conditions, or serious/unstable mental-health conditions.

If you have any medical condition or are unsure, consult your healthcare professional first.

Safety: Always practice lying down on a soft surface. Never practice near or in water, while driving, operating machinery, standing, or anywhere fainting could cause injury.

Never force the breath or intentionally push toward fainting. If you feel like you may pass out, stop immediately and return to natural breathing.

I created a longer version of this breath inside my Master Your Breath and Nervous System community on Skool, where I also explain what’s actually happening in your body and nervous system.

Comment “Alter” and I will send you the link to join & you can try it for free 🌬️

You don’t need to win a fight against anxiety.

You need to learn what your body is communicating and how to respond.

1, Awareness gives you information. You begin recognizing the thoughts, situations, and physical sensations associated with your anxiety.

2, Acceptance reduces the struggle. You stop treating every uncomfortable sensation as something you must immediately eliminate. This doesn't mean ignoring genuine danger or dismissing your needs.

3, Integration builds new skills. Repeated practice helps you respond more flexibly when anxiety arises, rather than relying on the same automatic reactions.

PEOPLE PLEASING IS NOT ALWAYS KINDNESS.

Sometimes, it’s a survival response.

You say YES when you want to say NO.
You avoid conflict.
You constantly worry about disappointing others.
You put everyone else’s needs before your own.

Why?

Your nervous system might be stuck in survival mode.

People pleasing is often associated with the **fawn response**, a survival response where you try to maintain safety by keeping others happy.

You might feel that saying NO will lead to rejection, conflict or losing connection.

But you don’t have to live this way.

START HERE:

1. NOTICE when you’re saying yes but actually mean no.
2. PAUSE before automatically responding.
3. FEEL what’s happening in your body.
4. BREATHE slowly and gently to support regulation.
5. PRACTISE saying NO without feeling guilty.

The goal is to help your nervous system move out of survival mode and develop more capacity for safety, connection and choice through ventral vagal regulation.

You can be kind without abandoning yourself.

You can love others without losing yourself.

And you can take back your freedom.

I’m starting my FREE “KILL YOUR ANXIETY” CHALLENGE.

If you’re ready to break these patterns and take back your freedom, comment **CHALLENGE** and I’ll send you the link.

❗️BREATHWORK ISN’T ABOUT BREATHING FASTER❗️

We are already living in a fast-paced society. We are overstimulated, breathing faster, and stuck in fight or flight.

We already know how to survive.
But have we learned how to feel safe?

Sometimes, heavy breathing and chasing a high can put even more stress on our nervous system.

What we need is to learn how to slow down, feel safe, return to homeostasis, and support our body’s natural self-healing processes.

Instead of always chasing catharsis, we need to learn how to use slow, regulating breathing in our everyday lives.

Everybody can get high with the breath.
But what if what we really need is more moments of peace, not more moments of high?

That’s what nervous system regulation is about.

Anxiety steals you from the present moment.

Replaying conversations.
Imagining worst-case scenarios.
Overthinking what you should have done differently.

Your mind is everywhere except HERE.

START HERE:

GROUND yourself. Feel your feet. Connect with nature.

NOTICE your thoughts without following them.

CHANGE your breathing. Slow down gently and lengthen your exhale.

Your breath is your remote control.

Use it to influence your nervous system and bring yourself back to the present.

You deserve to feel FREE again.

Why do you feel unsafe even when everything seems fine?

Your nervous system might be responding to a perceived threat.

You might experience:
• Tight chest and shallow breathing.
• Tense jaw and shoulders.
• Racing thoughts and overthinking.
• Fear of losing control.
• Difficulty relaxing.
• Constantly expecting something bad to happen.

Your body is trying to protect you, even when there is no immediate danger.

So what can you do?

NOTICE what’s happening in your body.

UNDERSTAND your anxiety.

GROUND yourself in the present.

RELEASE physical tension.

CHANGE your breathing.

REPEAT to build new responses.

Remember:

You don’t overcome anxiety by fighting your body.

You overcome it by understanding it and teaching your nervous system new ways to respond.

Your breath is your remote control.
