Happy 34th to the heart of our crew, @breckjohnson (birthday was yesterday btw).

From hikes deep in the woods to dance parties in the kitchen, you’re the one who keeps adventure stitched into the fabric of our family. You’re the first to turn stress into an adventure, the one who makes sure we don’t just get through life but squeeze every ounce of joy out of it.

We love your wild spirit, your courage to say “yes” when most people would hesitate, and the way you mother with so much nurture and grit all at once. Thanks for showing us how to laugh, move, and party even when the weight of life feels heavy.

Here’s to more trails, more chaos, more beauty, and more of your energy lighting the way for us all. We love you, Breck 🥳🍻🙌 by @brecky.breck

Day One of the KIDS ZONE here at @bentonvillebikefest in the books! We had a blast getting all these young riders out on their bikes and enjoying the fun in the sun. by @brecky.breck

This is a picture of Miles and I at Bentonville Bike Fest last year. It’s a 3+ day celebration of all things bikes in the heart of Bentonville, Arkansas. They have tons of different events going on throughout the whole week all over town. It’s quite the experience! Last year, we were on our @brecky.breck Books and Bikes tour and Kylan had designed a large portion of our schedule around this festival. It was one of the most exciting weeks of our kids’ lives (one child in particular 😉). With trails, courses, pump tracks, and jump jams, it was easily the highlight of the tour for Miles.

And this year, we are going back to be the directors of the Kids Zone at the festival!

As we prepare to head down to Arkansas this week, the excitement is growing. Knowing that I’m going to be dressed as Brecky Breck the entire time, Miles says, “I feel bad for you mom. It’s like working at Denny’s on Christmas.” 🤣 I absolutely love being Brecky Breck and sharing joy, but to Miles, apparently it sounds like working on the most exciting day of his life. If I could ride a bike with as much skill and finesse as him, maybe I’d feel like that at such an incredible event as this. But to be honest, I feel more like Santa in that environment. Facilitating joy and enthusiasm in kids is my specialty. But I appreciate the sentiment, Miles.

Bentonville Bike Fest, here we come!

WE’RE HEADED BACK TO BENTONVILLE 🙌

We’re so grateful to be invited to the table to help lead the 2025 @bentonvillebikefest Kids Zone in May— and if you know our family, you know just how perfectly this role fits.

Last year, our time was cut short when devastating storms swept through Rogers and Bentonville. But this year, we’re coming back stronger, ready to help bring life, joy, and so much fun to the families rolling through the fest.

From the Brecky Breck Play Yard to storytime, crafts, kid challenges, and a few surprises — we’re cooking up an unforgettable experience for little riders and their grownups.

See you in May, Bentonville! by @brecky.breck

A year ago today… we were soaking up the sun in Florida

Fast forward to now... we’re on literally the opposite side of the country, and life looks very different.

It’s wild to think about how much ground we’ve covered (both literally and figuratively) since kicking off our YouTube adventures and hitting the road full-time as a family of six. RV living, hosting events, and documenting our journey has brought so many unexpected blessings—and we’re just getting started.

We don’t know exactly what’s next, but we do know this: we’re grateful, we’re growing, and we’re in it together. #breckybreck #youtube #youtubekids #vlog by @brecky.breck

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I know this isn’t your average Christmas picture. As I ponder all that I am grateful for this season, I can’t help but think about all of the incredible people our little family got to meet over this last year. And all of the wonderful adventures and memories we got to create!

As we wrapped up the “2024 Brecky Breck Books and Bikes tour”, my heart was SO FULL. But we definitely hit a wall of exhaustion. Kylan and I took a DEEP breath, held our kids, and then spread out for a few months. The kids and I went on adventures, Kylan worked at his old office space, and I went on tons of mom dates, workout sessions, and runs with friends). We went into a bit of “hibernation”, if you will.

As time has gone on, my heart has felt a bit overwhelmed. So much happened on the tour, I feel like I’m still processing so many amazing moments and memories. That feeling of overwhelm has come from a place of feeling like I haven’t thanked all of the incredible people who made it possible, not editing all of the content we captured in a timely manner, and not being the mom, wife, and business partner I truly strive to be.

BUT, I’ve come to realize that the only one holding me hostage to that way of thinking is myself.

This Christmas, I choose to be overwhelmed with GRATITUDE, PEACE, and JOY! The King of Kings came to the earth as a baby to prove His love to us. And His life was a series of interrupted events that He took on full of grace and love. That’s who I want my life to be a reflection of.

Merry Christmas to you all!

PS: Here’s a picture of Brecky Breck and her camera man (see the background?) in the waterslide at Lakewood Camping Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC! Fun facts: it was spring break, that day was a COLD day, and I acted like we had beautiful summer weather! When Kylan asked me to “do it again” I was like, “oh you’ve got to be kidding me, babe! I’m so cold I can’t feel my fingers.” All while our kids were watching a movie in the RV waiting for me to let them use the fishing equipment I purchased for this episode. 🤣 WHAT AN ADVENTURE! 😍😭💖🎉 So so grateful.
