A little birthday eve workout with @jonathansiphone, reflecting on how far I’ve come since starting Pilates in April. I am so proud of myself for becoming so strong not just physically, but mentally as well. I am so thankful to all of my instructors @hilifitnesswindermere who have helped me along the way. I have never maintained so much consistency with a workout & not to mention actually enjoyed it. I’ve gone through so much these last 2 years & I can say that, while I am not where I expected to be in life, God has a plan & it will be more beautiful than anything I can imagine. Have faith in Him & in yourselves friends 💕
