I am not the “stand over you” type of trainer. I will show you how to do a movement correctly and safely over a certain amount of sessions but after awhile I expect you to be able to recognize a movement and do it yourself. Of course I’m still watching but I’m not forcing.

Ain’t that why we’re here?

To learn, to grow, to be able to do it on your own because you won’t have me forever..

We enjoy our time together and we also do the work..

Simple. I love my C2BF team.

Happy Friday 🫶🏽
