Are you familiar with Double Closes? by @brendabuildswealth

Closing 2024 with a bang!!! 🎉🎉

I’m grateful and thankful. 🙏🏼

I will be taking more action and executing relentlessly in 2025. 🔥

What are your 2025 goals?

Happy New Year!!! 🎆🎊 by @brendabuildswealth

Everybody wants more leads. But what if the real money is in the relationships you’ve already built?

I recently had the opportunity to share my experience at a transactional funding mastermind, and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this:

Relationships create repeat business. And repeat business creates opportunities for recurring revenue.

I’ve had investors come back to me for multiple EMD transactions, not because I was the cheapest lender, but because I prioritized communication, reliability, trust, and making the funding process as seamless as possible.

But here’s what I really want you to understand:

Stop treating every transaction like a one-time opportunity.

Follow up with investors EVEN when there’s no deal on the table.

Become someone people trust, not just someone they pay.

Focus on solving problems and delivering value. The opportunities can follow.

And what’s been even more exciting lately is watching new opportunities align through masterminds, networking, and genuine connections.

Sometimes the next level of your business isn’t about finding more people. It’s about becoming more valuable to the people you already know.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned and continue learning from other amazing investors.

The goal isn’t just to close the deal. It’s to build the relationship that brings the next one.

Love repeated investors 🤣🤣🤣🤣 #emd #realestate by @brendabuildswealth

I went to my first @biggerpockets event this past weekend and left with new relationships and an accountability partner right here in my city.

There were so many valuable takeaways, but some of my favorite conversations happened in the small groups. Hearing what other investors are experiencing, learning from their expertise, and understanding where they are in their journeys gave me so much perspective.

The networking was the highlight for me.

I met several people I’m excited to continue building relationships with, and my new accountability partner and I already have plans to meet at the end of this month! 🙌🏼

I’m super grateful for events like these that bring us together to learn, share openly, and support each other’s growth. ❤️

Leaving BiggerPockets 2026 feeling grateful, inspired, and ready to follow up—because those connections grow through what we do after the event. Never stop investing in yourself. It’s definitely worth it. by @brendabuildswealth

This is what I love about
TRANSACTIONAL FUNDING:

You can build a business that allows you
to create income, help investors close deals,
and still be present for cool moments. by @brendabuildswealth

The past few weeks haven’t been flashy.

I’ve funded EMDs.
Collaborated with friends in the transactional funding space.
Helped investors get deals across the finish line.

Then I wake up and do it again.

And I’m realizing that maybe this is what growth actually looks like.

Not constantly searching for the next business model.

Not chasing every opportunity that lands in my inbox.

Just getting REALLY good at the thing that’s already working.

There’s something peaceful about knowing your lane.

Today I’m reminding myself to actually be present enough to enjoy what I’ve built while I continue building what’s next.

Fund. Serve. Collaborate. Repeat.

If you’re a wholesaler or end buyer consistently locking up deals, let’s connect! by @brendabuildswealth

Everyone wants momentum.

Very few people are willing to stay consistent long enough to earn it.

Two years ago I made one decision…

Instead of chasing every opportunity that came my way, I committed to mastering one niche.

Was it always exciting?

No.

Was it always easy?

Definitely not.

But every relationship, every follow-up, every transaction compounded.

Today, I can honestly say that focus has been one of the biggest reasons my business continues to grow.

If you’re constantly feeling behind, ask yourself:

Are you missing the right opportunity…

Or are you switching directions before momentum has a chance to build?

One of the biggest delays I see with wholesalers isn’t finding deals…

It’s waiting on the Mutual Release after the contract has already been signed.

Here’s what usually happens:

Purchase Sale Agreement gets signed.

Then everyone realizes they still need the Mutual Release.

Now the wholesaler has to go back to the seller and explain why another document needs to be signed.

That’s where delays begin.

Instead…

Have the seller sign the Purchase Agreement AND the Mutual Release at the same time.

One conversation.
One signing.
No awkward follow-up.

This simple step helps:

Protect the earnest money.
Eliminate unnecessary delays.
Make funding much smoother.
Keep your deal moving forward.

I’ve recommended this process to wholesalers because it creates transparency from Day 1 and removes one of the biggest bottlenecks I see with EMD funding.

Sometimes the smallest process improvements make the biggest difference.

If you’ve been curious about transactional funding or EMD lending, don’t let the business seem more complicated than it is.

It has completely changed my life—and it might change yours too.
