New role. New gym. Same relentless drive. Closing in on my 3rd year of Personal training, I can finally say I’m exactly where I want to be. Im so excited to announce that i’m now coaching out of World Gym North Parramatta and grateful to jump on board with Lyftd performance. A team that trains hard, works harder, and doesn’t cut corners. This is just the beginning. #worldgym #personaltraining #coach #gym #god by @brendanyehh
As Brendan has come onboard over the last few weeks he has been an unbelievable asset to the team. From showing initiative, being absolutely dependable, getting out of his comfort zone and onboarding 3+ Clients in his first week with the team. It is evident Brendan is the type of person that makes you want to train. His reputation for encouragement and willingness to get his people results - is fast growing. As Brendan sets himself into the home ground @wgnorthparramatta , you’ll be seeing a lot more of him. Welcome to: Trainwme ft Coach Brendan by @brendanyehh
We are beyond excited to welcome @brendanyehh to the official @lyftdperformance team. He’s had plenty of experience as a coach in the hills and parramatta areas helping both men and women overcome their fitness challenges. If you’ve ever felt overweight, out of shape, or like your health has slipped down the priority list, you’re in the right place. Thats it’s exactly why we brought Brendan on as a coach. We trust he knows how to navigate your goals with real life in mind. Making adjustments and pushing you where necessary, while taking the time to hear what you have to say and help you get through the week. Whether that’s in-person here at World Gym North Parramatta, or online wherever you are and regardless of what your goal is, we trust Brendan will help get you there: Sustainably, Honestly, and Consistently. Everything is one day at a time 📈 by @brendanyehh

Just checking!!! Everyone wants fast results but won’t master the basics. Before you look for your next shortcut, make sure you’re doing the simple things consistently. #gym #motivation #real #carousel #discipline by @brendanyehh
This exercise is for sure my favourite variation of the ab crunch. Why I prefer this setup: -The thigh pad helps keep your body anchored, reducing unnecessary movement. -Easier to maintain consistent technique throughout each rep. -Simple to increase the weight over time to build abdominal muscle. -Less effort spent stabilising your body means you can focus more on contracting your abs. -Easier to replicate your setup and technique from session to session. The setup itself won’t automatically build better abs, but more stability can make it easier to execute the movement consistently and progressively overload over time. by @brendanyehh
