Manual cleaning? Boring.
Long hours? Nope.
Say hello to your new cleaning buddy: CIP 🧽🚿

Just grab pump, CIP spray head, and a dose of Chemipro Wash or PWB.

💥 Pressure off
💥 Dump the gunk
💥 Rinse hard
💥 Load up 5L @ 50-70°C + Chemipro
💥 Let it spin for 30min
💥 Reuse that wash to clean gear
💥 Rinse. Rinse. Rinse.

Clean fermenter? ✔️
Time saved? ✔️
More time to brew? Hell yes 🍻

CIP is not just cleaning. It’s therapy for brewers 🤘

Your all-in-one taught you to brew. This is the kettle you keep.

Start with one kettle and a malt pipe. Add a mash tun when the batches grow. Add an HLT with a HERMS coil when you want mash temps on rails. Same body, same ports — nothing gets thrown out.

K40 · K80 · K220, in stock in Prague. Link in bio.

Cheers,

The whole tank. Cold.

PF40 Fully Jacketed Unitank — the glycol jacket now covers the cone as well as the cylinder. No cooling minimum: ferment 5 L or 35 L, crash a half-full tank, serve the last pour as cold as the first.

– 2” heating-element port: cold cellar, Kveik, HLT
– 6” manway, 2” dump, Tri-Clamp throughout, 1.0 bar working

Pre-order: the first batch is on its way to Prague and ships in November. 4 units still free.

Brew day at 500 litres. Zero paddles.

Mash in — the rake does the stirring.
Recirculate — until the sight glass runs clear.
Lauter — rake down to the false bottom.
Grain out — side door, not over the rim.
Boil, whirlpool, knock out — through the plate heat exchanger.
Steam — into a condensing pipe, not through your roof.

BrewTaurus PRO BH2. Two vessels, one skid. 400, 500 or 600 L. Made to order, approx. 14–18 weeks.

After having dumped the previous batch down the drain due to the low quality of the hops, it was time to brew another New England-style IPA using hops from my trusted supplier.
———
This time, I wanted to focus on achieving a higher finishing gravity, so the sweetness would balance out the rather large hop dose of this beer. To achieve the palest color possible, I combined Weyermann Extra Pale Premium Pilsner malt with Pauls Extra Pale Ale malt as the base. On top of that, I used a boatload of flaked oats and wheat malt, along with some dextrin malt, to create an ultra-soft body and mouthfeel.
———
For the hops, I used two of my current favorites in the whirlpool: Nectaron & Superdelic at a rate of 6 g/L. This should create a nice, hoppy, tropical, candy-like base for the 18 g/L of dry hops that will follow post-fermentation. Both Nectaron and Superdelic are said to have great potential for biotransformation during fermentation, so I’m curious to see how that unfolds.
———
Once terminal gravity has been reached and stabilized, the beer will be dry hopped with El Dorado, Nectaron Cryo, and some more Superdelic to create a full spectrum of tropical and stone-fruit aromas, complemented by a distinct New Zealand hop character.
