If you know you want to move to Tennessee for the county homestead lifestyle but still need target within 15 mins …. you need to know about this town 🥹🫶🏼 Lebanon, TN fees Iike country roads, summers on the lake, & stargazing to the sound of cicadas but keeps you close to tons of shopping & dining options in Mt Juliet. There’s not many places in Nashville you can still get that picture perfect white farmhouse on acreage dream for under $800k, but the options are bountiful in Lebanon (median home prices are ~15% lower than Nashville!!) Sooo many options for acreage & properties that sit along Old Hickory Lake Some parts of Lebanon are zoned for Mt Juliet schools, which are ranked # 2 in Middle TN 30 miles east of Nashville, get to downtown Nashville in 30+ mins. The perfect place if you’re looking for acreage that’s still relatively affordable, and not “toooo” far from Nashville! If you’re considering relocating to Nashville but feel lost on which areas to start exploring first….send me DM I’ll point you in the right direction🤍 by @bri.engstrom
Off market in Lebanon, Tennessee 🌳 Nestled along the Cumberland River, just before it turns into Old Hickory Lake, you’ll find a 30 acre farm with nearly 1000ft of river frontage. With an older home that would be perfect to live in while you build your dream home, that could later be turned into in law quarters.✨ Get a boat ramp so you can back your boat or Sea-Doo right in from your property. Within minutes to marinas on either side. Plus there’s likely 2-3 more potential build sites on the property! A natural spring well on could provide enough water to supply both the home and the farm Set up for equestrians with several fenced pastures and a 7-stall barn. Plus, a gazebo that overlooks the river….perfect for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. $2,500,000 | Listed by @jakegomesofficial and @sophiamariefranzone Comment WATERFRONT for more details by @bri.engstrom
Moving to Tennessee is my favorite decision I’ve made🤎 if TN is calling you too read this👇🏼 I was just like you, I knew I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life in California. I couldn’t see myself raising kids in a state I simply didn’t align with. I felt angry every time I pumped gas and saw how much was taken from my paycheck before it even hit my account. I always knew “one day” id get away But I truly never could have known how much my soul needed this life. Tennessee has given me so much, especially since I moved to Lebanon, TN🤍👇🏼 A daily commute that makes me want to roll my windows down, turn the country up, and take it slow Views that calm my nervous system daily Opportunity to afford a home where we can’t hear our neighbor’s conversations next door Neighbors that slow down to catch up American flags in every direction A community with sweet, southern values Schools systems I align with Summers on the lake A pace of life that just feels a little slower Tennessee has given me all of it 🤍 If you’ve been on the fence about a move to Tennessee, you’ve come to the right place. I’m Bri, a realtor who helps families like yours relocate to this magical state just like I did five years ago And if you’re the mom saying “we know as want to move our family to Tennessee but I have no idea where to begin” ….you’re the exact person who would benefit from a buyer consult with me Book a call at the link in my bio so I can point you toward areas I think you’ll like and help you make a step by step plan to get your family to Tennessee 🫶🏼 by @bri.engstrom
