November 21st is almost here. 🥹🤍 Today I looked back at my progress pictures in the gym and got so emotional. I never imagined I’d make it this far. My first bodybuilding show is almost here, and I’m feeling ALL the emotions. This prep has challenged me physically, mentally, and emotionally, but one thing I know for sure: I did not get here alone. To @hunter_reimers : You’ve been beside me through the best days and the days I questioned whether I could keep going. You’ve been my biggest cheerleader, helped cook and prep meals when I had nothing left, and reminded me why I started. I’m so grateful I get to do life with you. I love you endlessly. To my friends and family: Every text, compliment, check-in, and act of kindness has meant the world. From my in-laws pulling over on road trips so I could heat up my meal prep to my friends being my biggest hype girls, you’ve made me feel so loved. Mom and Dad, thank you for always believing in me, especially when I struggled to believe in myself. Your encouragement means more than you know, and I look up to you both so much. @kennedy_stacey_ @okcthunderzac To my coach, @bodybytori_ : I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through my first prep. You genuinely care about doing things the RIGHT way, and you tell me what I NEED to hear, not just what I want to hear. You’ve taught me so much about training, nutrition, and caring for my body—lessons I’ll carry long after this show. Thank you for everything. And my sweet friend @alisonbrantt : When my competition suit didn’t fit, you offered yours without hesitation. 🥹 What felt like a disaster became another reminder of how blessed I am by the people around me. Looking back, this journey has been about so much more than stepping on stage. It’s been about discipline, growth, pushing through hard days, and learning what I’m capable of. Most of all, it’s shown me how lucky I am to have a village that believes in me. On November 21st, no matter where I place, I know I’ll bring the best version of myself I can. I may be the one on stage, but I wouldn’t be there without all of you. I love you all more than you know. We’re almost there. 🥹🤍 by @bria.lifs

Taking it week by week! by @bria.lifs
This week has been the first week where I’ve really felt the exhaustion, the lack of motivation, and those cravings starting to kick in, But I keep reminding myself I am literally ALMOST THERE. 🤌🏼🤌🏼 by @bria.lifs
8 wks out🥳☺️ by @bria.lifs
Officially in the single digits of weeks out from my show! This prep has FLOWN by, and I’m still loving every part of it, the reward, the discipline, the sacrifice, and literally everything that comes with being on prep. ☺️☺️ I also HIGHLY recommend this energy drink 8.5/10 (gave me the something sour I’ve been craving😭) by @bria.lifs
Nothing feels better than finishing the workout you didn’t want to do. I’ve been sick for the past three days, and today was my first day back, and of course it was leg day😅 But we got it done! Now, back to the routine, and let’s just hope I don’t get whatever I had again🤨🤨 Having a coach that actually cares about your wellbeing>>😍😍 by @bria.lifs
So many amazing women on the team and I’m so grateful to teach, challenge, and inspire them in every way I can. They think they need me, but this team fuels me just as much as I fuel them ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 #team116 by @bria.lifs
