Leg Day 🥵💫

Took a lot of trialing and tweaking, but stoked to finally find a routine that lets me teach and attend classes without impacting my own training program.

Excited to push hard the next few months, especially with the lighter days 🌞😍🙌

Awesome weekend spent with the crew talking/jumping/laughing our way through training as we get ready for the launch of CEREMONY🤸‍♂️

So cool seeing everyone step out of their comfort zone and into a new realm of coaching, moving into a functional circuit training space while bringing their own style and flair to it 🔥

MASSIVE shoutout to @geenapannett_pt for flying down to help with training and absolutely blowing us all away with your knowledge, experience, and passion for group fitness! It's safe to say everyone is already looking forward to you coming back down 😂 absolute star!!

Coming soon to LM Taranaki Street, and we can't WAIT for you all to experience this workout with the team!! 😍🙌

Just realised this week marks my 5th year anniversary of becoming a Group Fitness Instructor 😮

A lot to reflect on but easily the biggest highlight is all of the connections and friendships I've made during that time.

Feeling very privileged to do what I love while making friends along the way, and a big thank you to everyone who has grown with me or been a part of my journey, no matter how brief.

Appreciate you all 🙏 by @brian.bell
