POSTS STORIES REELS

After 15 years expanding this work into a myriad of niches... it's time to step into a new arena.. and this one is challenging some of the beliefs I have about myself 🫢🫣

I can't wait to take you behind the scenes of this journey with THE AUDACITY PROJECT ❤️‍🔥

To kick off, let's do a roll call...
What companies, corporations and contacts shall I reach out to, to land my first big corporate contract? ⬇️ by @brianabowley

I got told I'm boring: not once. Not twice. But THREE times: RUDE. 😮‍💨😤

So I'm on a side quest... to showcase more of my behind the scenes side quests.. 🤭

Because, the truth is I'm absolutely the 'fun friend' - it's just been a little too 'business' around here for a little too long.

Hit 'FOLLOW' for future episodes of 'The Side Quest Diaries.'

Let me know in the comments what you'd like to see more of as the series unfolds & what side quests are you committing yourself too? 🌶⬇️ by @brianabowley

*insert not-so-humble humble brag, here..

THE SIDE QUEST DIARIES - EPISODE 5 🎬🤿

Scuba diving has been the side quest that has bubbled up my most undeniable experience of a freeze response - it's also been the side quest that has taught me the most about the importance of environments that support our growth, safety and focus.

A big thanks to @stevevander and the team at @divingadelaide.onlinedivegear for being the real MVP's in getting me back in the water 🙌

Any guesses what my next side quest will be? 🤭
Any tips for epic dive sites here in South Australia that I should check out next? 😍

My work has granted me the pleasure of sharing conversation with people who've accomplished extraordinary feats - from world champions, to billionaires. From solo travellers to politics prisoners who've turned their lives around.

Disclaimer: Any resemblance to actual people, living or emotionally unavailable, is purely intentional. 💅🏼

Ex no.1 taught me that Nervous System Regulation was environmental to the same extent that it was an internal game (granted, I was losing at the internal game at the time.)

Your eco-system, including your social circle, sets the tone for the quality of your emotional capacity AND overall quality of life.

I didn't have the skills at the time, so I kept on going back (not because I wanted to, but because I felt like my arm was twisted in an impossible direction.)

Thankfully, I learnt that his regulation was never my job and *I* lived happily ever after.. ✨️

Let me know if you wanna hear about ex no.2 or ex no.4 next 🤭

Aligned thoughts create aligned realities.
Conflicting thoughts create chaos.

'Stuck' is a vital part of the cycle - stuck makes way for our momentum.
When you arm wrestle against it, you leave yourself too exhausted to enjoy the fruits that this season is offering to you.

THE AUDACITY PROJECT - EPISODE 4 🎬❤️‍🔥

Urgency points to survival mode.
This project has not gone the way I had expected, and yet, what I'm meeting in myself is really reminding me of the importance of why I do what I do - after all, if it's not for the love of it.. why are we bothering?

And as always a big thanks to the incredible @laurendarlington.co for her behind the scenes work. 😍

If you work within a business that YOU KNOW could benefit from my work - tag them below or send me a DM. ⬇️ by @brianabowley
