On tournament days, I do not sit down to eat a meal. I rely on 1st Phorm meat sticks and protein bars for quick meals to help keep me on track.

It was a hot one at Intrepid Defense Rage 3. Lots of heat exhaustion and some folks had to drop out. Without the 1st Phorm crew keeping us hydrated/fed, we’d probably all still be there passed out 🥵 Always fun working on improving the skills and hanging out with buddies. Thank you Alexz for all the work you put into these events. by @brianjonesfitfishing

I no longer wanted to eat the over-sugared instant oatmeal and couldn’t stand plain oats so I came up with a solution. 1/2 scoop of 1st Phorm Level 1 provides an extremely tasty bowl of oatmeal and helps me reach my daily protein goals. by @brianjonesfitfishing

Cardio doesn’t have to be boring. Working on upper corner shots (blue tape and pads represent goal) and working up a sweat ⚽️

A successful 8 days of smallmouth fishing in Northern Michigan. Very fortunate to do this 9 years now with my Dad and Skeeter buddies. Such a beautiful part of the country and every year we learn more about how to catch em. I managed a new personal best 6lb 8oz smallmouth.

Intrepid Defense Run and Gun Extreme 2nd event of the season. It was an awesome day of honing skills with good friends. Thank you to 1st Phorm for providing the snacks and hydration for the day of endurance. Always great hanging with the guys from Stellar Arms. by @brianjonesfitfishing

This was a fun one to create. Any guesses how we did it??
No, it’s not AI.
