This is us — holiday edition 🎄🎁 🙏🏽

You can't skip the reps and expect the results.

Whether you're building a business, stepping into leadership, or navigating something new, confidence doesn't always come before the work.

What feels like a lack of confidence may actually be a lack of exposure. The growth you want requires more than showing up. It requires intentionally putting yourself in situations where you can practice, learn, adjust, and try again.

Don't let the discomfort in the early season stop you from becoming who you're capable of being.

Keep getting your reps in. 💛🚀

I am working on it 🤣🤣🤣🤣 by @brick_cope

We’re all rooting for you! 💛

Sometimes, the hardest part of moving forward is making the decision. And you don’t have to make it alone.

@helloforward.co was created to help you work through the uncertainty, get clear on what matters and make your next move with confidence. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to move forward.

Let’s build some momentum. 💛🚀 by @brick_cope

Making space for what's next, even before it arrives.

Ten years ago, it was buying a king-sized bed to have space for two little people who wouldn't arrive in our lives for another 5 and 7 years.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about that lesson in a much bigger way. What are you saying you want next? Are you actually making room for it?

I'm building @helloforward.co, a space for turning big ideas into clear plans and creating what you need to keep going.

If you’re making space for something bigger too, come follow me over there. 💛🚀
