LIVE FROM LINDISFARNE 🏕️🔊 Earlier this month, The Lab had the opportunity to give 3 emerging North East artists their first ever festival performance as part of The Lab Legacy on the Temple Stage. We had @ac23.official , @bennybenjamin.s & @cart.caso repping The Lab, all three having previously been part of the @bridgehiphopuk mixtape programme. Massive thank you to @bridgehiphopuk and @lindisfarnefest for helping make this happen and giving us the chance to create another opportunity for the next wave of North East artists.🩵 by @bridgehiphopuk
Popped into @fedsfriedchicken for some of those lemon pepper tenders today and spotted a handful of Bridge Mixtapes left on their shelf! Grab a free copy next time you’re in there and don’t forget the digital version is still available on our bandcamp page! The response for this project has been amazing so big ups to everyone who’s supported us! Now pass the ranch… 🐔 by @bridgehiphopuk
everyone it’s that time of year again, when me and a small group of my friends come together as a collective to facilitate a community event called The #BridgeHipHopFestival . Our main aim of The #BridgeFestival is to give people in the North East, especially young people, free access to urban arts which includes rapping, DJing, break dancing, graffiti art, music production, radio show production and so much more. This Free Community Event can only stay Free if we “The Bridge Builders” can raise enough money for it to go ahead. This is a community event and we rely on all the community to help us raise the money. This is where you the community can help us in the first stage of fundraising. The first stage being that we are inviting you our friends to do one or more of the following. Sponsorship of the festival, pledge money towards the festival, donation of a prize towards a raffle or tombola. Please message me #KingFred , if you are willing to help in any way? #hiphop #methodradio by @bridgehiphopuk
Who’s been down to Feds to check out the new Bridge artwork by our very own @sunetpn and to grab a copy of the mixtape? Who grabbed some chicken too?? We are addicted to those Lemon Pepper wings! Which you finger lickin’ are you diggin’? by @bridgehiphopuk
We’ve collaborated once more with our favourite Tyneside chicken slingers @fedsfriedchicken to help us launch the Bridge mixtape! The 90s look of the brand new restaurant is bang on point and the Bridge crew have already tagged up their van and we are back tomorrow night to throw some paint around the place too. If you wanna get your mitts on the coolest cassette drop this year then get along to Feds from this Tuesday where you can collect a FREE copy and grab some tasty finger licking goodness at the same time. Numbers are strictly limited, so don’t dawdle! by @bridgehiphopuk
The Bridge Mixtape physical copies are on their way! Stay tuned for how and where you can get your mitts on one of these limited edition beauties! A first for The Bridge… we cut some wax! The stunning track SOMETHING SO REAL by @lilred.x caught the ear of a well known DJ so we cut some 7’s so he can play it out! Thanks to @diz_lathe_cuts for the help! by @bridgehiphopuk
