POSTS STORIES REELS

Speaking and teaching has always been a favorite past time of mine, especially when it comes to educating about botanicals or telling tales of my time spent in the rainforest among macaws and medicinal plants.

I had the joy of being a speaker at a Elevate by @venuhub, a conference for the event industry in Denver for a 'story time' about wellness and it's importance for wellbeing. My main point: In order to be our best selves in our work, relationships, and for our family, we get to also be our healthiest selves - radiant, thriving, joyful, and balanced. And botanicals can help us get there.

Botanicals are an incredible resource to tap into to elevate your health and physiology, as well as your mental and emotional state. I've been working with herbs and practicing herbalism for 16 years now. In hopes of inspiring others to connect with our planet through their health and well-being, I've been teaching classes, sharing about botanicals from around the world, creating experiences for private events, working with clients to help design custom health plans, formulating and manufacturing high quality herbal products, and running a storefront that hosts community events and introduces people to amazing botanicals.

I loved speaking about wellness + botanicals. Thank you @venuhub for the opportunity! If you're looking for a speaker about holistic health, herbalism, the science of botanicals, or herbs for (insert here! immunity, women's health, stress...), count me in! I'd love to work with your group and share some words of wellness wisdom :)

See any herbs that you recognize? Many of the herbs in our Daily Balance Kit are ones you might know from a backyard herb garden or herbs found in your kitchen! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do you see the rosemary, spearmint, rose, and chamomile?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That's right....you can actually grow these easily in your garden and make your own healthy blends. We source many of our herbs from local organic US herb farms who are pros at growing beautiful plants 🌿

What is in your herbal supplements? How potent is it? How pure is it?

We got to tour Alkemist Labs last month after years of following their incredible work and mission to ensure the authenticity and quality of botanical ingredients through ID and testing services. Here are some fun science pictures, along with their amazing maternity pumping room - I love their support for women and families!

We believe that botanical medicines are effective, but only when they are made with high quality, pure unadulterated botanical ingredients intended for the formula...assuming that formula is well made 😉

We are excited to start working with Alkemist Labs in 2025 for third-party testing to give our customers and clients an added level of confidence when choosing our products!

Samhain. Witches New Year. All Hallows Eve. Dia de los Muertos. All Saints Day.

May this time help you remember those who have passed, your ancestry, and your inner wisdom that the shadows of yourself have as a mystery waiting to be unfolded.

Some of the magical botanicals we like to work with include....

🌿 Rosemary is for remembrance.

🌿 Elderberry is for shadow wisdom.

🌿 Calendula is for courage and sun energy.

🌿 Mugwort is for dreams.

At @bridgetsbotanicals we just made our next batch of Relax Soaking Salts for the holiday season featuring this beautiful English lavender featuring a light purple flower.

You can even book your own private event experience with a group of friends to craft your own blends at our shop in Downtown Littleton over the holidays and play with all of our botanicals 🌿

Our lavender is organically grown in California by one of the farms we work with, which is also women owned. Relax Soaking Salt mixing days bring our team into the clouds, enjoying the deep lavender scent 💜

We hope to see you soon!

Tuesday October 20th 6:00 - 8:30 p.m., while sitting in circle, in community, enjoying tea, learning, and creating, the world of herbalism begins to unfold. It is a deeply grounding practice to learn herbalism in this way, hands on, touching the plants, working with them, and exploring the land around us. I hope that you will join us!

Does making your own herbal remedies and learning about global healing traditions and rituals call to you? We will explore Celtic, Galenic, Mayan, and Shamanic healing, woven through foundational herbal preparations and principles. Discover the plants. Know their story. Gifts from the garden this weekend. Our hawthorn tree produced a very low amount of berries with the heat and water restrictions this summer. However, the ones that arrived are beautiful and bold. Perfect and plump. Rich medicine for the heart. Offering a tasty treat as a cordial to enjoy in the last summer days in a mocktail ❤️
