UTAH. You have my heart. Especially on weekends. by @bridgetvrtiska

Oh momma, we’ll miss you so much. What a beautiful weekend it was to honor you. I could hear your voice in my head, “what’s all the fuss?” And at the same time the happiness you’d feel knowing we were all together, bound in one purpose. That’s all you’ve ever wanted—for all of us to just love each other, forgive one another and be kind. We will do our best. Thank you for doing that for each one of us. Love you forever. by @bridgetvrtiska

I hope my mom would be okay with me posting this. Vulnerable, but loved. In addition to her faith, her family was her most important calling. She was our chief, our leader, our captain, but always our mother.

We are left a little unsteady but her strength has become our strength, her blood runs through our veins. We were born from the very place that ended up taking her life. A cruel irony that is not lost on me.

So many stories continue to find their way to us—her laugh, her smile, how she has sent birthday and anniversary cards to nieces, nephews, and all extended family for over 20 years. How she helped during times of struggle, how she loved when we weren’t our best. She never judged. She just loved. If there’s a theme and a message I take from her life, that is it.

Don’t judge. Just love.

We got it momma. We’ll continue to carry your legacy—greeting cards, kindness and love.

Rest in peace.

If you’d like to attend her memorial service on Sept 4, please dm me. by @bridgetvrtiska

Mother

Of all the strength I’ve ever known, the greatest came from my mother. For the first half of my life, her strength intimidated me. I didn’t always understand it, and at times, I was even uncomfortable with it. But in this second half of my life, I see her strength differently. I admire it. I understand it. And every day, I find myself striving to be more like her.

She was a gift to me. She is a gift to me. And I’ll miss her every single day. by @bridgetvrtiska

Years from now, there will be many graduating classes that follow. But there will only ever be one first.

For 35 years, Heritage School of Interior Design has been helping students launch careers in interior design across the country. But today marks a first. These six women are our very first graduating class here in Utah.

I’m feeling it all today. For these amazing women, for my team, for my parents, for my children, for me. by @bridgetvrtiska

Grateful for all that life brings—the lessons, the love, the growth, and the new beginnings. Today I’m simply thankful for the journey and the people who make it meaningful. by @bridgetvrtiska

This is what love looks like. It feels like the sun, the moon, and the stars all in one. by @bridgetvrtiska

Entering this second half of life is no joke. I am here. I want to see it all and feel it all.
