Javorek complexes link several exercises together without putting the bar down, making this a practical way to prepare the whole body for training.

With light loads and controlled reps, you can raise body temperature, move through useful ranges of motion, and rehearse the coordination needed for the session ahead.

Choose a weight you can handle comfortably on the most demanding movement and keep the volume low enough that fatigue doesn’t carry into your main lifts.

You should finish feeling warmer, moving better, and ready to produce force. Save this for your next total body lift!
