Our beautiful Pearl ✨✨

This year has been such a beautiful year of growth, learning and understanding. We’ve discovered so much more about who our girl is, how her little mind works and all the wonderful things that make her, her.

Along the way, we’ve learnt so much about ourselves as parents too. Learning how to best support her, nurture her strengths and help her shine in her own beautiful way has been such a gift.

So incredibly proud of the little person she is becoming. 🤍

INTRODUCING THE ALIGNED ASSISTANT 🤎

I’m so excited to finally introduce you to The Aligned Assistant.

I’m Brittany, the founder, and after more than 17 years working across administration, executive assistance, customer service and business operations, I’ve decided to take the leap and create something of my own.

Because somewhere along the way, I realised something.

I believe we should be able to build successful businesses and careers without sacrificing the beautiful lives we’re working so hard to create.

Slower mornings, more time with family, space to breathe and the freedom to be present for the moments that matter. 🤎

And that’s where The Aligned Assistant began.

A business built on the belief that exceptional support goes beyond managing inboxes, organising schedules and ticking off to-do lists.

It’s about creating space.

Space to grow your business, focus on what you love and enjoy a little more of life outside of work.

✨ Here’s how I can support you:

• Executive assistance & diary management
• Inbox & email management
• Business administration & operations
• Medical administration & practice management
• Client communication & customer service
• Social media support & graphic design
• Document creation, formatting & presentations
• Systems, processes & workflow organisation
• General day to day business support

My approach is simple: thoughtful, reliable and proactive support that feels like a natural extension of your business.

Whether you’re a business owner wearing too many hats, an executive needing dependable support or a busy professional wishing there were more hours in the day, I’m here to help make things feel a little lighter.

Because I believe your business should support the life you’re creating, not take you away from it.

I’m so excited for this next chapter and to connect with the wonderful people and businesses I’ll have the opportunity to support.
