Beyond grateful for my experience at @yogasoundsgood retreat for showing me it’s safe to slow down. I came to this retreat with the intentions of letting go of what no longer is serving me and to come back to myself. Recently Ive struggled with the disillusion of time, time moving faster than I can live it. Feeling like I have to catch up and do more or be more. Having this urgency of needing to heal and understand every part of myself. This weekend reminded me that figuring out life is not a race. Theres no destination or finish line I must arrive to. Allow yourself time to enjoy the present moment. We’re all on our own personal journey with lessons learned in divine timing. Feel into uncertainty, accept change, allow space for growth and transformation. Our souls are ever expanding and evolving through each cycle of life. Where we are now in our journey is exactly where we’re meant to be. Trust in yourself and have faith that it does in fact always work out :) even in ways you may least expect✨ I’m leaving Heartwood House feeling grounded and with so much inner peace. Thank you again for this return home 🫶🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🍃 by @brittanylong151
