Celebrating my client Ebony and the release of her beautiful children’s book, The Suitcase Between Two Doors! Ebony is truly one of those women you are grateful God allowed you to cross paths with. She is a serial entrepreneur, an amazing mother, transparent, generous, and always finding a way to pour back into others. Even during a moment that was meant to celebrate HER, she still made room to bless a foundation with a donation. That says so much about her heart. I’m so honored that she trusted me to help guide her through the publishing process for a story that is so personal to her. The Suitcase Between Two Doors was inspired by her own experience with coparenting and shows just how powerful healthy coparenting can be when the focus remains on making sure our children feel loved, secure, and supported in both homes. And that part touched me personally because this book is literally my daughter’s life. 🥹 I truly feel like Ebony wrote this for little girls like my daughter who know what it is like to have two homes, different rules, but the SAME love. That makes this book even more special to me. Ebony, I am so proud of you. You deserve every bit of this moment and everything God is doing through you. Keep using your story, your businesses, your motherhood, and your heart to impact others. 💜 Everybody go support this amazing woman and grab your copy of The Suitcase Between Two Doors on Amazon! 📚 by @brittneyharrison_
Keep it 100… have you EVER had a little hater moment? 👀 A little envy, jealousy, or caught yourself looking for something wrong when somebody else was winning? We went THERE because growth starts with being honest enough to check yourself. We both revealed that we have felt like that before! This episode with my brother @bigsexyofficial was so good because y’all got to see another side of him beyond “BigSexy”. ❤️ I asked him some of the questions people probably wouldn’t think to ask, and the conversation was real, funny, transparent and GOOD. I would love to know your opinion, have you ever had those emotions before with either being a hater, jealous, or envious? And I broke down the definitions and its entirety in the episode! 🎙️ Watch the FULL episode of Discipline Is Sexy on YouTube now! #DisciplineIsSexy #BigSexy #RealConversations by @brittneyharrison_
When I tell you discipline is sexy, I mean that with my whole heart.🤞 Discipline is attractive because it isn’t just about you. It’s about the people connected to your purpose. Every time you show up, stay consistent, and finish what you started, you’re creating opportunities not only for yourself but for somebody else’s breakthrough too. That notebook full of notes? Open it. Those courses you paid for? Revisit them. Those emails with resources, strategies, and lessons you’ve been meaning to get back to? Go through them. Stop collecting information and start applying it. I’m challenging you today to put your boots on the ground and get moving. Not just to start something, but to finish it. Too many people are sitting on potential that was supposed to become impact. The next level you’ve been praying for is often waiting on the discipline you’ve been avoiding. So be encouraged. Keep going. Stay focused. Stay committed. Tomorrow can be better than today, but only if you’re willing to do the work today. And always remember: Discipline is sexy. ————————————————————— Watch the full episode! click the link in my bio. And make sure you subscribe to the channel. When you need everyone to understand your next move, their approval can become a condition for your progress. Be open to wise counsel, but don’t put your purpose on hold waiting for everyone to agree. #MoveWithPurpose #TrustGod #KeepGrowing #DisciplineIsSexy by @brittneyharrison_
I can relate to this one personally! ❤️ There have been seasons when I looked at my life and thought, girl, you should be so much further by now. Certain goals I thought I would’ve accomplished, decisions I wish I would’ve made differently, and time I wish I could get back. But I’m learning that I cannot keep measuring my life against a timeline I created in my own head. God is not finished with me, and He’s not finished with YOU either! 🙌🏾 Have goals, be intentional, stay disciplined, but please stop allowing your age to make you feel like you’ve failed at life. You still have time to make some beautiful things happen! 🎙️ Watch the FULL episode of Discipline Is Sexy on YouTube now! #DisciplineIsSexy #PersonalGrowth #ItsNotTooLate by @brittneyharrison_
You forgave the people who hurt you, but are you still punishing yourself for who you were? Take the lesson, release the shame, and let the new you move forward. Your past may have taught you, but it doesn’t control your future. I know it sounds easier said than done… But it’s the truth. 🎙️ NEW EPISODE OUT NOW! Sometimes you have to tell your own mind, “WE ARE NOT GOING THERE TODAY!” 👀 Every thought that enters your mind does not deserve your attention! You have to become intentional about what you allow yourself to rehearse, believe and speak over your life. You are NOT what happened to you. You can forgive and still have boundaries. You can remember without reliving it. And you do NOT need somebody else’s apology to finally experience peace! Ask God to help you renew your mind and start reminding yourself of what is TRUE! ❤️🙌🏾 🎙️ Watch the FULL episode of Discipline Is Sexy on YouTube now! #DisciplineIsSexy #RenewYourMind #Healing #Faith by @brittneyharrison_
Sixth race of the year. My fastest race time yet. EIGHTH in my age group! 🏃🏽‍♀️🎀🙌🏽 Showed up for a cause bigger than me at this breast cancer awareness event and left with another reason to be proud of myself. 💕 I remember when running felt so far outside of what I could do. Now look at me finishing races and beating my own time! God, thank You for the strength to keep showing up. Thank you to @milesandmelaninco for organizing everything, capturing these pictures, and giving us a community to keep showing up with! 💕 #DisciplineIsSexy #HerFightIsMyFight #breastcancersupport by @brittneyharrison_
You still have time to become the person you keep imagining. Give yourself a chance and put in the work. 💜 #DisciplineIsSexy by @brittneyharrison_
One thing I was reminded of this week is that preparation and discipline go hand in hand! 🙌🏽 I had the opportunity to speak at the Savannah REIA Network about being prepared before your next opportunity, and as I stood in front of that room, I realized I wasn’t just teaching that message. I’m living it! So many times we pray for opportunities, but are we preparing ourselves for what we’re praying for? Preparation matters, and so does what we do when nobody is watching! A special thank you to @aisleejackson and the entire Savannah REIA Network team for such an amazing experience, the hospitality, and the opportunity to share my knowledge. ❤️ If you’re in Savannah and looking for a community of investors, entrepreneurs, valuable connections, education, and opportunities to grow, I encourage you to check out @savannahreianetwork And if you missed me Monday, you DO NOT want to miss our upcoming hands-on Credit & Funding Workshop on November 14! We’re going beyond the conversation and putting what you’ve learned into ACTION! 💻 Seats are limited, and registration is already open! Click the link in my bio to secure your spot! 🔗 More to come! God is just getting started! 🙌🏽❤️ #SavannahREIA #RRRFinances #PreparationMeetsOpportunity #DisciplineIsSexy #SavannahGA by @brittneyharrison_
You can genuinely wish somebody well, pray that God blesses them and STILL recognize that they no longer belong in your life! Healing doesn’t mean what happened didn’t hurt. It means what happened no longer has the same power over you. At some point, your identity has to become bigger than your injury! And instead of constantly saying, “Look what they did to me,” you can begin saying, “Look what GOD brought me through!” 🙌🏾 Same history, different perspective! 🎙️ Watch the FULL episode of Discipline Is Sexy on YouTube now! #DisciplineIsSexy #Healing #Forgiveness #RenewYourMind by @brittneyharrison_
