POSTS STORIES REELS

Okay! Guys - I shared this photo in my stories the other day but I keep going back and looking at it.

Seeing my own progress!

I wouldn't have the healthy mindset or motivation I have if it weren't for Happy Juice.

Truly!

Without Happy Juice I would still feel down, which means I'd still be unmotivated, in a poor mood, a poor mindset, bloated, sleeping terribly, which would make me want to be lazy and make simple, easy choices which doesn't serve me or my body well.

Happy Juice turned that around.

And has been a catalyst for me to get my butt to the gym. To cook and meal prep. To drink water (hellloooo to less cravings) getting proper sleep which means I feel less stress and have better energy.

I don't usually preach about products but seriously, this one has truly changed my life.

And I wouldn't be the person I am if I didn't tell you about it.

So, if you're struggling at all with anything above and want to hear more, comment JUICE ME below and I'll send a quick video on it and why it works! by @brittrap

My apartment complex is gifting 2 people free rent for a year! And we're supposed to share what we'd do with that gift...

As a single momma in her own apartment the last 7 months, Ive been super focused on rewriting self concepts. One of those being how I see and use money.

While I have a ton of things I want to do, or could do, with saving on rent for a year, I would want to set the example to my son on good money habits. I could pay off some things, pad the savings a bit more and put some towards something fun for us, like getting us passports and setting money aside for a future trip!

Life is tough for a lot of us and I want to be a good steward with a gift like this. God willing we are lucky enough to get the opportunity- it would be a huge blessing 🙌

I'm realizing how much my environment reflects where I'm at emotionally.
This season feels softer - and that matters to me.

Comment if you're in a softer season too 🫶 by @brittrap

Realized its been entirely too long since I last posted an actual photo to the grid - hi 👋 by @brittrap

Awesome company for a unique, behind the scenes look at the stadium!

We talked about childhood nostalgia, how I've still got a ton to do and see in TX and what options are available for the future.

The food was good, Joanie recommended a killer dessert and we got a hilarious tour from Glenn who clearly has a thing for the Dallas cheerleaders - but I cant blame him there. Lol

Happy Father's Day to Aaron Webster.

You're oversees this year which is a bummer but think of all the Fathers Days to come - where you'll be surrounded by not only your boy, but your additional bonus kids.

I've been reflecting a lot on where we are now as co-parents. We, I, still have so much to work on. But we also do coparent in a way most other people cant. And for that I am grateful.

Happy 16th Kai!

I sure am blessed and lucky to have you in my life. You have taught me so much - especially the last couple of years.

I am so proud of the young man you are and who I can see you evolving into as a man.

You are insanely smart, wicked funny, reliable, loyal and thoughtful.

Anyone is lucky to call you friend.

I hope this is the best year yet and you know how loved and appreciated you are. by @brittrap
