Our salon isn’t just about hair.
It’s about creating a space where everyone, clients AND team members, feels supported, inspired, and welcomed.

We take pride in:
• cultivating a calm, intentional environment
• building trust and respect across our team
• celebrating growth, curiosity, and learning

If you’re someone who values culture as much as craft,
we’d love for you to be part of what we’re building here.

Self care, people, and community. That’s our trio. 🤍 by @brittvibekc

Building your dimensional brunette isn’t a one-step process.

It’s piece by piece, carefully placed, designed to move naturally, grow out soft, and feel effortless in real life.

Every lowlight, every subtle lift, every gloss. It all works together to give you richness, movement, and shine that lasts.

This is the kind of color that doesn’t need constant babysitting. The kind that fits your life, not the other way around. 🤎

Hi, I’m Brittney. I create dimensional, low maintenance brunette color that looks rich, soft, and effortless in real life. But more than that, I care about how you feel when you’re in my chair.

This salon was built to be a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. A place where you can exhale for a moment.

I’ve been behind the chair for 20 years, and what I’ve learned is this: good hair is about more than just technique. It’s about trust. Connection. Feeling taken care of.

If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been with me for years, thank you for growing with me.
I’m really glad you’re here. 🤎 by @brittvibekc

What if your brunette could keep looking beautiful through the holiday season without constant touch-ups? 🧡

That’s the beauty of lived-in color. Thoughtful dimension and seamless blending create a softer grow-out, so your hair still looks good weeks after your appointment.

Whether you’re heading to holiday parties, traveling, or just juggling your everyday routine, your color should work with your life, not give you another thing to keep up with.

Beautiful brunette, less maintenance, and more flexibility between appointments.

Want your brunette to stay beautiful through the holiday chaos? Start here.

When you book your next color appointment, think about what you want your hair to look like a month or two from now, not just the day you leave the salon.

If you’re wanting a more lived-in brunette, bring some inspiration photos, tell me how often you realistically want to come in, and let’s figure out how much brightness makes sense for you.

That’s how we create a color you love now and feel good wearing long after your salon visit.

I’m 40 today, and I don’t think 30-year-old me could have imagined where we’d be right now. 🥹

This last decade has been a lot. I opened a salon, then 5 years later changed the entire model of my business, and now I have a full team of people who trust me to lead them. That still feels a little wild to say.

There have been so many moments of feeling proud and so many moments of wondering what the hell I’m doing. And sometimes those happen in the same day. 😂 I’ve had to learn a lot about business, about people, and especially about myself.

I’ve gone further in this career than I ever thought I would. Some of these things weren’t even dreams I had at 30. I discovered I wanted them along the way, and somehow kept finding the courage to try.

And I still love doing hair. I love when something finally clicks in a class, when a client sees their hair and lights up, and when another salon owner understands exactly what I’m talking about without me having to explain. This industry has brought so many incredible people into my life, and I’m really grateful I get to be part of it.

Something I keep coming back to on this birthday is all the women I’ve had in my chair over the years. I’ve gotten to hear what life looks like at so many different ages. There’s hard stuff in every decade, of course, but there’s also more confidence, more perspective, and a little less worrying about things that don’t deserve so much of our energy. (I haven’t mastered this one yet😅)

It makes me excited to get older. I like who I’m becoming, even while I’m still figuring her out.

My 30s gave me so much I never saw coming. I can’t wait to see what my 40s bring. 🤍 by @brittvibekc

Okay brunettes, let’s see how many gold stars you’re earning. ⭐️

Three things I’m always thinking about when you’re in my chair 🤎:

✨ TONE
Warmth isn’t automatically brassiness. A little chocolate, caramel, or golden beige can bring your brunette to life. We’ll find the balance you actually love.

✨ HAIR HEALTH
I’m looking at what your hair can handle and how much lightening we actually need to get you there.

✨ YOUR REAL LIFE
Your color should work with your schedule. We’ll talk about your hair history, your goals, and how often you want to come back.

Pretty on appointment day. Still pretty when life gets busy.

My favorite time of an appointment is seeing how happy you are with your new dimension & maintenance plan. 🧡

And just wait for the soft grow-out!

Yes, you can have beautiful brunette and not worry about your next appointment as soon as you leave.

And I wouldn't have it any other way 🧡

Creating intentional brunette behind the chair, growing an amazing team as a salon owner, and the clients that I get to overshare with.

So grateful for it all.
