🎉Author Bio🎉 I’m a stay at home/homeschooling mom by day and author/poet by night. Jesus and Lyons tea fuel me. Writing and painting have been a way for me to step into another world and for my work to be an outlet for someone else to find encouragement, or just some time to themselves being lost in a story. I am known to always have a book on me and dropping what I am doing if you ever need prayer. ✨Check out the link in my bio for book recs, and ways to stay in touch by @brookejkatz

life is better with my b̴o̴o̴k̴s̴t̴a̴g̴r̴a̴m̴ bookstafam From the very start, being a part of bookstagram as been a cornerstone of my career. My goal for why I’m on Instagram is to build a community founded on a love of stories and grounded in grace-infused authenticity, where my fellow book girlies can find faith-filled encouragement, the best bookish recommendations, insights for creating with excellence, & inspiration to invite Jesus into every aspect of your life. Sharing about my own books is a part of what I do here, but it’s not why I’m here. The why is everything. Above selling books—because that is Jesus’ job, ultimately—I want to connect with others and point them to our Creator, whether that’s through a caption, live stream, recommendation, and, of course, through my novels. So I wanted to take a moment to shout out some of the best connections I’ve made here on bookstagram—with my Spine Collector Army, my street team for the Grimoire & Key Trilogy! They are a constant source of encouragement every tour, whether it’s supporting me in prayer or spreading the word about the next release. It’s my joy to bring them along on the journey for each book, sharing all the behind the scenes mishaps and secrets, sending them little snail mail every now and then, and organizing fun little missions each month when we are on tour. Without further ado, let me introduce you to the Spine Collector Army Officers! These are wonderful book girlies who went above and beyond the past two tours (THE BETRAYAL OF EDEN and THE HUNT OF CALYPSO), earning the most points from missions: our Captain, Lieutenants, & Sergeants! Thank you to everyone who is a part of the Spine Collector Army, and to my Crownlings, the street team for A CROWN OF CHAINS and A BOND OF BRIARS, and to everyone else on Bookstagram who truly makes it feel like a Bookstafam—readers who share cover reveals, celebrate release days, write reviews, and hype up authors like me who would be nothing without you. After all, a book requires a reader. Without you, every novel would be incomplete. by @brookejkatz

🥳Book Mail So excited to have my copy of Crown of Moonlight by @kb_benson_books book 4 in the fallen kingdom series Book blurb The gates of eternity have splintered, unleashing darkness into the Four Realms. And it won’t stop until it claims her. Ari Decatour never thought she’d return to her childhood home nor dared believe she’d ever see her mother again. But as Ari enters Bridgewick with Graeden at her side, she’s horrified to find the home she left behind plagued by darkness incarnate and imprisoned by wraiths… And they’ve been waiting for her. Graeden will walk any path at Ari’s side, raise his blade against any enemy, and sacrifice everything to keep her safe… but when Ari disappears, he must face the reality that the Dark Queen’s influence has reached the four realms and that he, alone, may not be enough to protect the woman he loves. Scattered throughout the human realm, Ember desperately searches for her lost people, but when she stumbles onto a girl tainted by darkness, she realizes more is at stake than a homecoming. The dark remnants she lost are spreading, and it’s up to her to stop them. Born of light and bone, Isla has spent her entire life hiding from who she really is. But if she is to save her light hollow, she must touch the darkness blossoming inside her. And the only fae who can teach her how wants to kill her. The darkness is rising, the light in the world snuffing out. If Caelum unlocks the gate barring the Dark Queen and her wraiths from the four realms, he’ll free a darkness from which no one will survive. by @brookejkatz
