Small business rooted in non-toxic living
Intentional toys + family wellness
Founded by a mama & integrative PharmD 🌿

POSTS STORIES REELS

Brooklyn Neutral began with a simple goal: to offer safer, non-toxic toys in calm, neutral tones for little hands and growing minds.

As we’ve grown, so have our values. And so has our vision. You’ll start to see Brooklyn Neutral expand beyond toys-into non-toxic home and health essentials that support everyday family life, with the same standards we’ve always held:

• safer materials
• thoughtful design
• calm, neutral aesthetics
• products we truly use in our own homes

This isn’t a pivot-it’s a natural extension of what we’ve always believed in. Creating a more intentional, less toxic environment for our families, one product at a time.

Thank you for being here, for trusting us, and for growing with us 🪴

We know the economy is difficult right now. Everything feels more expensive, and families are having to be more intentional about where they spend their money.

We also know that choosing to shop small is a choice, and it’s one we never take lightly.

There are real people behind this little business. Real families, big dreams, long days, and so much love poured into what we do.

So when you choose to spend your hard-earned money with Brooklyn Neutral, please know that we notice. We appreciate it. And we’re genuinely so thankful.

Every single order, every share, every recommendation, every kind message. It all makes a difference. Thank you for allowing us to keep growing this little business. We wouldn’t be here without you. 🤍 by @brooklyn.neutral

If your kids are living on noodles, yogurt, and fruit… this one’s for you. 🤍

I think one of the hardest parts of feeding little kids is feeling like you’re constantly doing something wrong. You see what they should be eating, compare it to what actually ends up on their plates, and wonder if you’re doing enough.

But here’s your reminder that familiar foods still have nutritional value. Pasta gives them energy, oatmeal has fiber, potatoes contain potassium, and fruit provides vitamins and fiber. And protein doesn’t have to come from meat!

Of course, we want our kids to eat a variety of foods, and we’ll keep offering them. But we can do that without making every meal a battle or feeling like we’ve failed when they refuse the broccoli for the hundredth time. 🫠

I’m reminding myself of this just as much as I’m sharing it with you. Your child’s plate is not a reflection of your parenting. Keep offering, keep trying, and give yourself a little grace along the way. 🤍

Save this for the next time dinner feels discouraging, and send it to a mom who needs the reminder, too. by @brooklyn.neutral

Remember our little Teddy? 🧸🤎

Somewhere between new launches and everything else happening around here, we realized we haven’t shown him much love lately!

But we’re here to remind you that he’s still one of the sweetest little gifts for your little ones. A cute, functional addition to their space that encourages saving those pennies (or collecting all those tiny treasures they find around the house 😂).

And the best part? He’s made from 100% food-grade silicone, so little hands can explore, squeeze, and play without the worry of him shattering into sharp, dangerous pieces like a traditional ceramic bank. 🤎

Plus, he fits perfectly in a Christmas stocking! by @brooklyn.neutral

An unaesthetic video of bath time essentials.

Even though I should probably be sleeping this has been a top priority for me these days after the kids are in bed 🤍

I really do just close my eyes and pretend those toys aren’t there 😅🫠 by @brooklyn.neutral

Can’t not wait to finally offer these gift sets! 🙌🏼 So many options and we will have a customized set where you can pick your own. The set will be all ready and packed to gift to a loved one or just to treat yourself 🤍 by @brooklyn.neutral

We talk a lot about wellness. Protein, supplements, movement, sleep… but what about the people we surround ourselves with?

Sometimes, one of the best things we can do for our health is something that doesn’t come in a bottle or require a gym membership.

It’s laughing until your stomach hurts. Having the friend you can call about absolutely anything. Getting together even when life feels too busy. Being around people who just get you.

As moms, partners, and women juggling a million things, friendships can easily fall to the bottom of the list. But connection matters, too.

So consider this your reminder to make the plans, send the text, schedule the coffee date, or plan that overdue girls’ night.

Your wellness routine might just need a little more girl time. 🤍

Tag the friend you’re overdue for a night out with! 👇🏻 by @brooklyn.neutral

We have access to so much information about parenting now. Gentle parenting, boundaries, emotional regulation, screen time, independent play, sensory activities, what we should say when our kids have big feelings, and approximately 47 different opinions on every single one of those things.

And while so much of that information can be helpful, I wonder if constantly consuming it has also made us question ourselves more.

We see little snippets of other moms’ lives and suddenly we’re wondering if we’re doing enough, being patient enough, or handling things the right way.

I’m not saying social media is a bad thing. I’ve found so much support, helpful advice, and a sense of community here. But sometimes I wonder what motherhood would feel like if we weren’t constantly exposed to everyone else’s version of how to do it right.

Were moms always this hard on themselves, or has social media added another layer of pressure to motherhood? I’d genuinely love to hear what other moms think about this. Just some late night thoughts 🤍 by @brooklyn.neutral

Something cozy is coming… 🌲🤎🕯️

Meet Winter Woods — the newest scent joining the Brooklyn Neutral candle collection!

Think fresh evergreens, cozy winter mornings, and the feeling of bringing the outdoors in. Made with coconut apricot wax and thoughtfully selected ingredients, our non-toxic candles are created for those who want to be more intentional about what they bring into their homes. Because creating a cozy home should feel good in more ways than one.

With notes of Fraser fir, cypress, cedar, and bayberry, Winter Woods brings the fresh, woodsy scent of the season indoors.

Hand-poured in Rochester, NY, with love.

A little fun fact: Woods is actually Lindsay’s last name! 🤎 We thought it was only fitting to give this cozy, woodsy scent a name with a little personal meaning behind it. by @brooklyn.neutral
