Magrafica is back! I designed the campaign for the new exhibition by Masereelfonds, which challenges graphic artists to reflect on themes of peace, war, and resistance in the spirit of Frans Masereel. I will also be joining the jury. The best contributions will be part of a traveling exhibition and printed in the catalogue. Artists and students can submit their work until February 1, 2027. I look forward to seeing your work! Find all the details via @masereelfonds. šŸ”Ŗ No AI was harmed in crafting this campaign, swipe for work in progress. by @broosstoffels
Hexagon occupies 5,000 mĀ² of repurposed space in the heart of Brussels. More than a venue, it is an off-space for creation, experimentation, and prototyping. The new visual identity stems directly from the buildingā€™s hexagonal, brutalist architecture and concrete column shapes. This logo system serves as a flexible hexagonal grid, defining both print and digital communication, while shaping the wayfinding system throughout the space. A dual color palette mirrors the spaceā€™s day -and nighttime events. @hexagon.brussels is taking over the site formerly known as Reset, marking a fresh chapter for the venue. Doors open to the public on September 5th with a packed music, workshops and kids programme by day and a stellar club line-up by night. ā¬¢ Photos by Seppe Claes by @broosstoffels

The Tiptoh family is expanding. Alongside its successful range of pea-based products, @tiptoh_ launched its first OAT Barista. I gave the packaging design a fresh update, adding a clear naming system, abstract imagery and quirky illustrations to the sleek graphic style to reinforce their plant-based values. šŸ„› Packshots by @frenchbeans.be by @broosstoffels
A new visual identity for @kunstwerkt! Kunstwerkt is the leading Belgian organisation dedicated to supporting visual artists, from amateurs to professionals. The new branding is built around a graphic framework anchored by the letters ā€˜Kā€™, serving as both a solid support for the artist and a presentation platform for their work. This frame recurs in various forms, from tapes to corner brackets, throughout all applications. To bring the artistā€™s personal touch to the forefront, I contrasted these rigid angles with analog elements like scribbles and hand-drawn typography. Kunstwerkt hosts various exhibitions, such asĀ DraadĀ andĀ Gift Shop, and features artists on their portfolio platformĀ BeeldĀ andĀ KunstlettersĀ magazine. These previously separate project brands and websites are now hosted on a single, renewed website www.kunstwerkt.be. Together with @loemer and @openupmedia I created a singleĀ platformĀ where artists can share their work, find opportunities and get inspiration. Through a refined brand architecture, all subbrands are visually connected, maintaining a consistent voice while allowing the flexibility for future projects & campaigns to take shape. šŸ–¼ļø Photography by @Evenbeeld Motion with @byjorne by @broosstoffels
I was invited by @fedrigoni_benelux to contribute to their ā€œAnother Month, Another Paperā€ (AMAP) project, a monthly edition showcasing their premium papers. For my edition, I wanted to challenge the perception of paper as a static medium by turning it into an interactive Ping Pong kit. To bring the game to life, I designed dynamic graphic patterns that we printed in white foil across both the paddles and the playing field. We paired embossed Imitlin Glow Rosso and Blue Notte with a heavy Sabbia core to create sturdy paddles, while the foldable playing field was printed on Foglia paper. šŸ“ Foil printing and die cutting by @drukkerijpuntgaaf Embossing stamps by Repro Hermans Paper by @fedrigoni_benelux Photography and hand modelling by @alias.illias A big thank you to @katrienmaesmm for the assistance and advice *ping pong ball not included by @broosstoffels

@danspunt supports and inspires dance enthusiasts and professionals across Belgium. I created their new visual identity capturing the essence of dance: movement, connection, and expression. The name Danspunt received a renewed meaning with the addition of a dot and comma, ā€œDans, Punt.ā€ to highlight its role as the home of all things dance. The identity revolves around six flexible logos that are used across different media. The connected letterforms reflect the connection between dancers themselves, as well as between dancers and Danspunt, visualizing the broad network that unites them. The flowing lines additionally express the many energies of dance, sometimes soft and organic, sometimes sharp and angular. This linework forms a simple and adaptable visual language that extends naturally into signage, iconography, and various applications like stationery, the website and social media. A bright, powerful color palette reinforces this bold visual identity. Alongside digital and print designs, the identity was applied to a new faƧade signage system with flags, banners and a full-window graphic that invites visitors inside. It continues throughout the interior with wayfinding elements for the studios, restrooms and foyer. Thank you for the trust @elienlefevere @oliviastalpaert @koenvictoor and the whole Danspunt team! āž° Website by @statik.be Motion design by @wardrombaut.xyz Signage by @styleman_________ Naming by @elvire_delanote Photography by Rudy Carlier by @broosstoffels
