Something about this moment- @fatimamjedd twirling in the street, her dress catching the lights- felt too powerful not to paint. It’s more than just a beautiful photo (swipe to the 5th picture). There is something so liberating in joy, in movement, in women taking up space in a place where freedom can feel so fragile.

After many hours of struggling to figure out colors, brushes, and layers in Procreate, I finally made a small illustration of this delicious danish pastry we had recently in Copenhagen. 🥰
