Rise Against - Riot Fest - Douglas Park - Chicago, IL. (9-18-2026). It was a treat to capture @riseagainst again after all these years. I had the honor of showcasing a couple 35mm prints that I took back in the early 2000's at the Fireside Bowl and the Knights of Columbus for an exhibit at this year's @riot_fest . That was such an awesome experience. Thanks to @joeprincipe for reaching out and to @punkrockandpaintbrushes for making it happen.

Good Riddance - Riot Fest - Douglas Park - Chicago, IL. (9-20-2026). It was raining so much through the day that it was difficult shoot through a soaking wet pancho. Im happy with how these came out. I was stoked to capture their set. I still have a few disposable camera pics of them from 2000 at Warped Tour in Tinley Park. GR rules!

Bratmobile - Riot Fest - Douglas Park - Chicago, IL. (9-18-2026). I remember seeing Bratmobile with The Donna's and The Mooney Suzuki at the Metro in 2001. Infact I still have my custom leather wristband from that show. This band is fucking legendary. GratefuI I got to see them live again.

Pretty Girls Make Graves - Riot Fest - Douglas Park - Chicago, IL. (9-20-2026). This was their first show back to Chicago since May 2007. It was raining cats and dogs all day and the fest schedules got thrown all around due to the nasty weather but it didn't keep them down one bit. They gave us an amazing performance. I got goosebumps hearing 'Speakers Push the Air'. Thank you so much for letting me shoot your set. It was such an honor. ❤️

Strike Anywhere - Riot Fest - Douglas Park - Chicago, IL. (9-19-2026). This was one of the first bands I got to see at the Fireside Bowl right out of high school. Those were some of the most groundbreaking live shows. It was just before Change is a sound was released. This band holds a special place in my heart forever. Grateful I got to see them again.
