Life is way too short, goes by way too fast and is way too valuable to be living a life you don’t want to live. Do things in life that you love and get fulfillment from. Help other people. Grow as a person each and every day.

💥To thrive in this world, you can’t be scared to be uncomfortable.⬇️

I USED to be this way

For YEARS, I was LIVING a life I knew wasn’t for me

I played VERY high level travel baseball from 9-18 years old

I knew the ENTIRE time baseball was not meant for me

These years were BY FAR the TOUGHEST years for me mentally

I questioned why I would take batting practice every day. I questioned every single thing I did.

I had a REALIZATION one day during my SENIOR year of high school and it was that I was done living a life that I didn’t want to live

During this time of questioning, I discovered the WEIGHTS and NUTRITION and INSTANTLY fell in love

I had NO idea this would lead to meeting new FRIENDS and my life overall becoming way more FULFILLING

I was MUCH happier and in a way better spot MENTALLY

I was DONE wasting my true POTENTIAL

EVERYONE has there story and this is mine summed up

Do NOT be scared to voice your opinion

At the end of the day, do what makes YOU happy. Not what makes people AROUND YOU happy. by @bryanmcanally7

You can have the money, the career, and everything else going for you, but you can’t buy a physique you’re proud of.

That’s something you have to earn.

Put the same effort into yourself that you put into everything else. by @bryanmcanally7
