How will you know if no one tells you? @bspokebykaren We’re here to help. One of the most common tailoring tips that often gets overlooked: always remove the basting stitch on your new jackets. That’s the little “X” stitch on the back vent or pockets—it’s meant to be temporary! Need more tips? We’ve got you covered. Be sure to follow! by @bspokebykaren
Your custom lining is more than a finishing touch. It’s a conversation starter. Your logo. Your monogram. Your brand colors. A photo of your family, your boat, your favorite golf course. The custom lining inside your jacket is one of the most powerful personal branding moments you don’t see coming, until you open the jacket and someone says, “Wait, what is that?” For business owners, it’s a walking billboard with class. For enthusiasts, it’s a signature. For anyone who appreciates the details, it’s the kind of touch that turns a great suit into a story. Every custom garment. Every custom lining. Entirely you. Let’s get yours started! Cheers! by @bspokebykaren
The suit doesn’t make the man, but it does remind him who he is. I don’t need a suit for work, but when it’s cut right, when it matches my energy, everything changes. The posture, the pace, the presence. Dressing well is self-respect made visible. And this one, thanks to @bspokebykaren , just feels like me. 🥃💨 by @bspokebykaren

There’s buying a suit… and then there’s having one made specifically for you. Two completely different experiences. My personal clothier, Karen @bspokebykaren , at @bspokestyle in Costa Mesa, is truly exceptional at what she does. Her attention to detail, knowledge, patience, and passion for her craft make the entire experience second to none. She doesn’t just take measurements; she takes the time to understand your personal style and bring your vision to life. From selecting the perfect fabric and lining to customizing the buttons, stitching, and every little detail in between, Karen makes the entire process an experience in itself. It’s that level of personal attention and craftsmanship that makes all the difference. A huge shoutout to my good friend Dave Welch @ocbespoke , owner of B.Spoke @bspokestyle , for creating a place where craftsmanship, exceptional service, and attention to detail are still valued. Dave has built something special, and Karen is a perfect example of the level of excellence behind the B.Spoke experience. A great suit should do more than fit your body. It should reflect who you are. If you’ve never experienced having a suit custom-made, do yourself a favor and go see Karen at B.Spoke. You won’t look at off-the-rack suits the same way again. 👔🥃 #BSpoke #CostaMesa #CustomTailoring #BespokeStyle #MensStyle by @bspokebykaren

From classic tuxedos to bold dinner jackets, our clothiers will help you put together a look that's uniquely yours, with incredible fabrics, a perfect fit, and all the right details. Formal season is rapidly approaching. Galas, holiday parties, year-end dinners, New Year’s Eve. The nights when the dress code goes up and your presence should match it. The question isn’t whether you’ll need the look. It’s whether you’ll walk in wearing someone else’s or your own. Custom tuxedos and dinner jackets take six to eight weeks to build. Which means now is the moment to start. Pick your fabric. Choose your lapel. Set your fit. And own the room the moment you walk in. by @bspokebykaren
The final fitting. Where custom becomes yours. The process starts with the choices only you can make. The fabric. The buttons. The stitching. The details that turn a garment into a reflection of you and we take over thirty measurements to build the foundation of your piece. But the moment that makes it truly yours comes later. You come back in, slip it on, and we fine-tune every last detail until the fit is exact. A nudge at the shoulder. A clean break at the trouser. The sleeve length that lands just right. That’s what you’re seeing here. Not the final fit but the process of fine tuning the details. That final fitting is where good becomes perfect. It is the step that makes custom, custom. by @bspokebykaren
