There’s been a lot of growth around here lately, so I thought I’d take a moment to reintroduce myself 💖

Hi, I’m Emily, Mum of two and the face behind Bug & Bloom Co. 👋🏼

I’m a Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant, helping families navigate everything from night wakes and early mornings to short naps, bedtime battles, nap transitions and toddler sleep.

My approach is realistic, personalised and responsive because I truly believe sleep support should fit your child and your family, not the other way around.

And if you’ve been here since the beginning… thank you. ✨

Every follow, like, share, message and recommendation has helped me grow this little business into something I’m so proud of.

If you’re new here, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. 🫶🏼

If sleep has been feeling hard lately, send me a DM or book a free 15-minute discovery call through the link in my bio. 🫶🏼 by @bugandbloomco_

Anyone else like this at their grandparents or parents house 🤪🤪🤪 by @bugandbloomco_

A little piece of my childhood, now part of theirs. 🥹✨

These moments will never get old.

Thinking about introducing a little routine for your baby?

4 months is a great place to start! 🙌🏼

Around this age, babies can start settling into a more predictable rhythm, with a little more structure around naps and bedtime.

It’s also an age where you can begin exploring sleep training, if that’s something that feels right for your family.

Remember, not every day will look like this, and that’s okay! This is simply a guide and a starting point. 🤍

I’m starting a little Baby Sleep Routine Series, so follow along for more routines, tips and sleep advice!

Save this one for later! ✨ by @bugandbloomco_

A little look inside our pram caddy from @lylaroseshop 💗

Because if you’re a mum, you’ll know you need to be prepared for just about EVERYTHING when leaving the house 😂

I am obsessed with how cute this is, but even more impressed by how much it holds! All our little essentials fit in here with room to spare (and yes, my water bottle still needs to go in!) 😮‍💨

They currently have 20% off so run don’t walk 🎀🌸💖

This happens far too often in our house because my eldest forgets to shut the door after she uses the toilet 😂

Who can relate 😭😂

THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO 😭

Messages like these mean SO much to me and remind me just how much I’m really helping these families. I feel so lucky to be able to do something I genuinely love. ✨ by @bugandbloomco_

Make time for PLAY in your baby’s bedroom, not just at sleep time! 🥹

Something as simple as playing peekaboo, reading books, singing songs or playing with toys in their bedroom and cot can help your little one build positive associations with their sleep space.

We want our babies to see their bedroom as a happy, safe and familiar place, not just somewhere they go when it’s time to sleep. ✨

So, take a few minutes during the day to play, laugh and make some happy memories in their little sleep space!

It’s such a simple little thing that can be part of creating a positive sleep environment. 😴

Usually babysitting my nephews, but for the next few weeks it’s chickens and a veggie patch while my sis is away 😂🐓🥕🤠

Not sure which one requires more supervision 💀 by @bugandbloomco_
