Buying your first home might be closer than you think.

Townhomes at theHAZEL and theCAROLINE in Roy qualify for a special $0 down payment program, plus we have additional incentives that can be used to help buy down your interest rate.

Less upfront + the potential for a lower monthly payment could make all the difference.

*Program availability, incentives, and borrower qualifications apply. Buyers should verify eligibility with the preferred lender. Information based on current Cole West and Utah Housing program details.

out to one of our agents to learn more and see what you qualify for.

It’s official. The install in Utah is complete. What started months ago with a text from a friend to come help make her new house a home and a plane trip out to check out the space, to months of planning and logistical obstacles, to my team (who are super stars ⭐️) driving a total of 1000 hours, to perfectly curating and installing each room with the best intentionality….has truly paid off! When people say “pics don’t do this justice” that is absolutely facts. When you walk into this home it’s like a travel through time. Each room has collected items that my client loved that will forever make her feel like she’s on a travel back through her life and they are mixed with new things that bring a sense of calmness and warmth to the beginning of a new season of life. This home is more than a beautiful design. It’s a story. A story of a families journey. A story of hard work that has paid off in more ways than one. I will never forget this beautiful experience and will wait for the day I get to do more of these beautiful projects because it’s has brought me so much joy. There is nothing like taking an empty house and creating a home. Thank you so much @meghannberhart @michael.r.erhart Allison and @annalise.erhart for trusting me. Welcome to Utah friends! I hope you absolutely love it. 🌵🌵🌵 taken in Salt Lake City, Utah by @jaimeeroseinteriors
