1. Keep one promise to yourself today. Start small, but follow through.

2. Cut one habit holding you back. Replace it with something that moves you forward.

3. Stop waiting to feel ready. Take one action today that your future self will thank you for.

You don’t need a new year. You need a new decision. 💪🏾

At some point, you have to stop worrying about who’s watching and start worrying about who you’re becoming.

95 pounds down, and I finally understand that the hardest part was never losing the weight. It was believing I was capable of becoming someone different.

They don’t have to understand it.
They don’t have to support it.
They just have to watch you become the person you said you would.

**Keep going. Your future self is watching.**

Not a bad pump. Not a bad week for Georgia. Terrible shirt choice. 😂 #keishalancebottoms #georgiagovernor #bluewave #fitnesslife #fitnesstransformation by @builtbydarryl

I needed this reminder as much as anyone. I’m 90 pounds down, and there are still days I doubt myself. some days I look in the mirror and focus on what’s not there yet instead of how far i’ve come. but someone out there is watching you show up and thinking “if they can do it, so can I.” You might be their proof, even when you don’t feel like it. keep going, even on the days you don’t believe in yourself. we’re doing this together. 🦾

When your bro @xmwill_ texts you saying “God is good” we doing 8 miles tm instead of our usual 6-7 👀🤣. I wasn’t here for it… but iron sharpens iron and we got it done today over 200 pounds with relatively low heart rates and at 8:36 pace! God is indeed good🙌🏾💪🏾 #mondaymiles #fitnessjourney #weightlossjourney #90lbsdown #fitnesstransformation by @builtbydarryl

This past year of transforming my body has been tough, and that’s an understatement. 💪🏾
It started with training for Hyrox. Then it became about looking like my best self as I approach 30. Then it became about my health. Somewhere along the way, it turned into something bigger: a lifelong lifestyle change.
Today I’m in the best shape of my life, even better than my college football days.
If you’re on the fence about starting, this is your sign. It won’t be easy, and some days you won’t feel like it. Show up anyway. Small steps stack up, and a year from now you’ll be glad you started today.
God is good. 🙏🏾

God why is life so hard? 😮‍💨
Because the weight is working on me, not against me.
I lift. I grow. I rise.🦾
