A business owner’s growth is one of the most rewarding results of the work I do. 🤍 When I work with a business, the goal isn’t just to train staff or put systems in place. It’s to help create an environment where employees perform better, customers feel valued and the business can grow sustainably. Because customer service isn’t just about how you welcome a customer. It’s also about the experience you create, the trust you build and the reason customers choose to return. And that’s where customer retention comes in. I’m always happy to see businesses experience the difference that the right training, structure and customer experience strategies can make. To this client, thank you for trusting me with your business and taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback means a lot. 🙏🏽🤍 Business owners, remember: getting customers is one thing. Giving them a reason to stay is another. I help businesses build better teams through: ✓ Recruitment & talent sourcing ✓ Staff training & development ✓ Customer service consulting ✓ Business operations & Customer Experience Audits ✓ Business Systems & Process Improvement 📩 Ready to improve your team’s performance and customer experience? Send me a DM. Better People. Better Service. Better Business. #customerretention #businessconsultants #review #customerexperience #customerservice by @bukkydavidofficials
Pretty business. Poor experience. You can have the most beautiful space, the best branding, expensive equipment and thousands of followers… …but if your customers walk in and feel ignored, uncomfortable or poorly treated, they will remember the experience — not the aesthetics. Customer service is not an extra you add when the business is doing well. It is part of your brand. How your staff welcome people. How they communicate. How they handle complaints. How quickly they respond. How they make customers feel before, during and after the service. Because people may come for the beautiful environment, but they come back because of how they were treated. Build a business that looks good AND feels good to experience. 🤍 #customerexperience #customerservice #businessowners #businesstips #servicebusiness by @bukkydavidofficials
