You know that feeling when you’re doing everything… but your body still feels on edge? 👀

That’s not a productivity problem - it’s your nervous system asking for a pause. Try this the next time you feel that rush build up and tell me if it shifts something for you 😌

Proof that the simplest ingredients, done right, always hit harder than complicated recipes 🥰

Keep this in mind the next time you’re hosting… it’s a guaranteed win 😌

Here’s how I make it

Ingredients
A bunch of heirloom tomatoes
Feta
Balsamic vinegar to drizzle
Olive oil to drizzle
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Olives

Method

Slice the tomatoes thin.

Put onto a plate like a carpaccio, put some feta on top, add some olive slices, drizzle olive oil , balsamic vinegar and finish with basil leaves!

Dig in!
