Burbank at Roomers Frankfurt Central is made for nights out in Frankfurt.

Created by chef and culinary visionary The Duc Ngo, its Asian-Californian menu includes favourites like Habanero Lemon Chicken, the Tacos and Sushi Extreme Rolls. Add cocktails by the Roomers Bar team and a table in the restaurant or the Wintergarten, and you’ll understand why dinner here rarely ends with the last bite.

Masks, every seat filled, the lighting just right and Burbank at its absolute best. Five courses designed not to slow the night down, but to set it in motion. We are excited to welcome you to Frankfurt, Philipp!

Philipp Lentz, former chef at Berlin’s Golden Phoenix — another concept by @theducngo — joins us at Roomers Frankfurt for the next few months. Together with the Burbank crew, he will create bold flavors, unforgettable moments and a taste that lingers long after the last bite.

And this is only the beginning. Philipp will also be part of our next big chapter in Frankfurt. Roomers ParkView is coming soon.

Stay tuned and while you do, come by and say hi! by @burbank.restaurant

So cool that Burbank is really close to the Main.

A night full of mystic energy at Roomers. Thank you for stepping behind the mask and looking fabulous while doing so!

From the first toast to the final song on the dancefloor, you turned this year’s Masquerade into something special.

Until we meet again - for dinner @burbank.restaurant, for drinks at the Roomers Bar, or simply for a night that refuses to be ordinary.
