🍁🐗Wild Boar Burger season coming in hot!🍂😍

For those wondering whether these are hard to make, they really aren’t. The main difference is that wild boar contains very little fat compared to pork, so you’ll either need to add some extra fat to the minced meat or simply top the burger with a few slices of bacon. I like to serve these with a sauce made from caramelised shallots and beer. 🍻

Everything tastes better outdoors!🍺

There is something about pouring a beer outside that just hits different. These are the moments I live for. Good company, cold beer, warm fire. Life does not need much more than this to feel exactly right.
